GoogleJohn Minnis did an excellent job in valuing, advertising and promoting the sale of our home in Bangor. The photographs and online video were stunning, greatly helped by a magical sunny day. The viewings were all conducted by Minnis staff with Shelley being our assigned agent. We liked the use of the online app which alerted us to such bookings, checked each time for suitability by a phone call. Feedback from each viewing was sought by a follow up telephone call to the viewers. We were delighted that John Minnis found us first time buyers who paid what we wanted. Special thanks to Stephen McClean who closed the deal personally. No hesitation in recommending their service.

GoogleI had occasion to use both rental and sales divisions of John Minnis and Co in Comber. Throughout I found them to be both professional, easy and pleasant to deal with. Obviously there were numerous different people involved in those years but all reached the same standard of customer service. The eagerness to reach a satisfactory outcome for the customer always prevailed and I recommend them highly.

GoogleI recently purchased my home through John Minnis and had a great experience throughout. Lynzi was fantastic from start to finish, always doing everything she could to help keep the sale moving and make the process as smooth as possible. She was incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls, often going above and beyond to assist, even on her days off. Her communication and support were genuinely appreciated during what can be a stressful process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again when the time comes to sell. Great service all round.

I never planned to sell my house but when a house I loved came up on the market, I needed to act fast and John Minnis were amazing in accommodating this for. The house was valued, photographed, EPC / floor plan done & property live within two days which is unbelievable! Couldn’t be more happy with the service received and I would highly recommend to all my friends and family! 😊
