We recently sold our late uncle's apartment through John Minnis Estate Agents. Linzi was our main contact who was very knowledgeable and attentive. The team at the Ballyhackamore branch, Amelia, Henry and Abbie to name a few dealt with all the viewings and kept us well informed through the Keyflo software. They provided a very professional and thorough service which was much appreciated.

I cannot recommend J. Minnis, Comber highly enough. The office is open and bright and you are always met with a welcoming smile. Susan, Ceitidh, Scott and ALL the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. Their support through what was at times a stressful process was invaluable. Regular updates were much appreciated. Nothing was too much bother and any questions or issues raised were dealt with efficiently and professionally. They always went that extra mile to sort things out! Thank you everyone!

We recently sold our house with John Minnis East Belfast. We were initially also trying to buy a house through them also but this fell through (no fault of the agent). I have no complaints about our experience with John Minnis. The staff were professional and responsive. When our original buyer dropped out, they acted quickly to get more viewings booked in and find us a new buyer before we lost our onward move. A huge thank you to Lynzi who was outstanding throughout and we were lucky to work with her, and also to the rest of the team who were so helpful in this process.

We used John Minnis to sell our home in East Belfast. My agent was Abbie and Amy took the lead on marketing the property on social media. Abbie was extremely responsive to messages, (even when I was being very annoying), always kept me updated with viewings and feedback was given early the next day following viewings. I always knew where I stood especially when we put the pressure on when we found our forever home. Abbie also liaised with the estate agent we were buying the house off to clearly outline our position which took work off us which again was greatly appreciated. Amy was exceptionally professional when it came to our marketing video. She arrived on time (which was very important as I was working from home) and arrived with a full script explaining the property spec in great detail. The video itself was amazing and very easy to share on social media and there was a noticeable uptake in views after it. Thank you John Minnis for a seamless process and I have already recommended you to friends! Thanks, Sian and Richard.

Recently bought and sold with Lynzi at John Minnis, Ballyhackamore. Would recommend without hesitation, staff are attentive and were always at hand to answer any questions. Online portal really handy for seeing viewings, offers etc. Was really happy with outcome on both sides of the transaction and would happily recommend. Thanks again.

Exceptional experience

Exceptional experience from initial contact to completion of sale. Highly professional and personable staff who really go above and beyond to make clients feel valued. I was updated regularly throughout the process, consulted regularly when things didn’t go to plan with buyers etc. and given solid advice on next steps. The staff have exceptional market knowledge and really did hand hold me through the whole process at every stage. I have dealt with John Minnis for previous sales and will revert to them for future sales. Special mention to Lynzi, who managed the whole valuation / sale, and Amelia who supported throughout. HIghly recommend this agency.
