Thankyou all So much for the hard work you gave us in our move from Peterborough to Portsmouth. Holly ,Jack , Matt and Colleen . It hasn’t been an easy time for everyone. My nagging didn’t help But you all came through for us and we have now moved . Thankyou all . It’s been a tough 2020’ 😀

So far so good! Sold my property with ease and bought from them also. Really knowledgeable and friendly staff making the experience that little bit less stressful. I'd recommend Jeffries North End for anyone selling their place. We sold our flat during a period which is unsettling for people and a very busy time for the industry. The process from Jeffries was pain free and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. Each member of staff from each process settled any nerves. We put our house on the market back in June 2020 and within a couple of weeks, we sold! Unfortunately, it took us 10 months and quite a few bumps in the road to completion. But, the team at Jeffries were amazing the whole time. They were chasing solicitors and the rest of the chain for information all the time and it was such a big help! We recently used Rob and the team at Jeffries Havant to sell our house, and we are so glad that we did! Their rate was competitive but not to the detriment of the level of service provided which was excellent, and the valuation of our property was spot on, attracting interest and securing offers within a week. Even though our sale and associated purchase were severely delayed by the pandemic and a multitude of complications in the chain, Rob consistently provided sound and pragmatic advice and carried out a huge amount of chasing of other agents and solicitors to provide us with information on progress. Any contact we had with Jeffries was professional and questions were answered without delay. I would recommend Rob and the team to anyone looking to sell in the Havant area. After meeting a few estate agents when looking to sell our flat, we met Rob and were happy to immediately work with Jeffries. Throughout the process, Rob, Rio and the team were honest, pragmatic and extremely hard working. Jeffries were constantly going above and beyond to support us and provided excellent guidance. Working with Rob and the team we were able to get the price we wanted for our property and I cannot speak higher of the service that was provided. Selling a house is a stressful and emotional process; Jeffries provided absolute value in helping keep us calm and well informed. I have already recommended Jeffries to friends based on my experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

After deciding to sell our property we contacted a number of local estate agents, as soon as we met with Rob the decision was made easy thanks to his friendly approach, honesty and transparency. Rob’s genuine care for us as clients and desire to get the sale over the line to enable us to move on was clear throughout. We sold our property for more than we were expecting to and Rob and the team ensured our ahead purchase went smoothly, actively chasing up the chain and keeping us updated. Special mention goes to James who went above and beyond, becoming a direct contact with our buyer to alleviate concerns being raised by solicitors, which was invaluable in keeping things on track.
