We used Jeffries and Dibbens for a recent house sale. From the valuation right through to completion, Elliot and his colleagues were nothing but professional,and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We have not moved for over 30 years and they informed us of the whole proccess all the way through, I would highly recommend them for moving

I used Jeffries & Dibbens simply because they were handling my purchase and I'm so glad I did. They suggested putting my property in Port Solent on the market at a higher price than that advised by another agent and I received the full asking price on the first viewing.! They were in regular (weekly at least) contact with me throughout the whole process and were so knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Hayley. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is a belated thank you to Rob, Eddie, Molly & Brenda at Jeffries in Southsea. We sold our house through them on October 2022 and every aspect of the service was excellent. Moving house can be a stressful business but they provided outstanding service and support throughout. The house was priced accurately to the market and the Jeffries team were great at showing people round and communicating with us and potential buyers. Brenda also provided helpful office support when the others were out on viewings. The most important thing was that they seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the house and took time to find out about all aspects of it - I am sure this was conveyed to buyers. They went above and beyond the usual service and we would definitely recommended them to anyone thinking of moving. Thank you to the whole team who were great ! Sue & Bob

I'm so glad we chose to use Jeffries. Although we were panicking with delays that were out of everyones hands, it actually ended up being the quickest move we've experienced. The staff were all very helpful throughout the process and hooked us up with top rated services.

Absolutely lovely people that seem to genuinely care. We had a rare case of the top vendor passing away mid sale. This led to a probate for wills. Throughout the whole thing lasting well over 3 or 4 months they've kept up communication. Our seller almost pulled out twice but we got there in the end. Very helpfully folk, can't fault them in anything

Glad I used Jeffries to sell my house and will definitely use them if I move again. Great service and friendly knowledgeable team. Unfortunately my first buyer changed their mind but they jumped straight on it and were quick to find me a new buyer. They kept me informed all the way through the moving process and everyone I spoke to in the office knew what was going on with my sale. Highly recommended.

I booked a viewing with this agency who decided to cancel it via email while I was driving from London to Gosport. I called them when I got there to have someone say it was cancelled. They rescheduled for the weekend and around 5:30pm on the day before the second viewing I received a call saying that it was already rented. Terrible customer service.

Absosutely awful experience. They book me for viewing, I drove 77 miles for this and they call me in the morning saying that the owner didn t confirm the appt. This was a nig lie. When I checkedon the site the property looked sold. I called tbem and they didn t even appologise. Very rude and unprofessional. How can you do that.....money deleted your mind and integrity. But is a God there and you will get what you deserve......

I had a slightly unusual HMO to sell. The occupants were individuals and not a group. Ashley handled the whole situation very professionally and made the transaction very smooth.
