Jefferies Havant really have been amazing throughout my experience of selling our home! The best estate agent we have ever used and would highly recommend. All the staff were so lovely to us and were there every time we hit a hurdle in the road to make sure it got sorted straight away. They are also so helpful at answering any queries you might have along the way. 5* service from Jefferies Havant

It was a pleasure to work with James and the rest of the Havant team in both selling our home and buying a new one. They were very helpful throughout the process and were very patient with all our extra visits to the new property. In addition, they handled each part of the chain very well and were quick, easy and transparent in their communication which definitely helped ease the stress of the whole process. We had a house to sell 250 miles from where we live so I phoned three estate agents at random from a Google search. Rob at J & D was the only one who would send out their scale of fees in advance. When we met the agents James at J & D had carefully researched the local market and had a realistic appreciation of what we would expect to sell for. Once we’d agreed that they would act for us we hit snag after snag with our buyer’s buyer attempting to gazunder and our solicitors being closed down. James’ determination in the face of adversity was commendable: always cheerful and helpful. We completed a couple of days ago and our buyers are settling in. Without James’ tireless efforts I’m not sure we’d have ever completed.

Big thank you to all staff, from initial phone call of finding the appropriate property, through sale of property which you sold within 2days, through whole sale process, which was tough at times ...without your tenacity, professionalism and teamwork would not have happened..Recommend!!!

This is a belated thank you to Rob, Eddie, Molly & Brenda at Jeffries in Southsea. We sold our house through them on October 2022 and every aspect of the service was excellent. Moving house can be a stressful business but they provided outstanding service and support throughout. The house was priced accurately to the market and the Jeffries team were great at showing people round and communicating with us and potential buyers. Brenda also provided helpful office support when the others were out on viewings. The most important thing was that they seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the house and took time to find out about all aspects of it - I am sure this was conveyed to buyers. They went above and beyond the usual service and we would definitely recommended them to anyone thinking of moving. Thank you to the whole team who were great ! Sue & Bob

I was on the market with a different agent originally but changed over to Jeffries and Dibbens due to great recommendations, and they managed to sell the property for me. I was really pleased though-out the whole process. I was kept updated frequently, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, I will definitely be using them again. Thank you
