GoogleProfessional and easy to work with from start to finish. I opted for Jeffries And Dibbens due to locality and the initial property assessment from James. Everyone I dealt with was efficient and honest. A refreshing change when you're used to dealing with Estate Agents. Highly recommended.

Everyone that we met personally or spoke to over the phone were professional, courteous, patient, accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area. We felt that everyone was prepared to go that extra mile to make the buying process easier and there was a personal touch that one wouldn’t get from more corporate agents. We highly recommend Jeffries Dibbens. We absolutely love our new home and are very much enjoying being here!

GoogleI’ve been liaising with Harry and Holly at Jeffries regarding a BTL purchase over the last 20 weeks. The transaction itself has been far from straightforward, with both sets of solicitors proving extremely difficult to deal with at times, but Jeffries have been absolutely fantastic throughout. Harry and Holly have communicated regularly, chased queries between all parties, and gone above and beyond to keep things moving. They have done far more than I would have expected from an estate agent on this particular transaction, and their support has genuinely made a difficult process much easier. I would highly recommend Jeffries. They have been professional, reliable, proactive and excellent with communication from start to finish. Thanks again.

GoogleExceptional service from start to finish, would have no hesitation in recommending Jefferies & Dibbens Estate Agents. The whole process was fully explained and monitored throughout. Special thanks to Becky Webb for her caring approach, almost as if she was selling her own property! Also to the whole team who assisted us along the way, James, Vicky and Lauren. We had not moved for 40 years so was a very big step but the encouragement and care they gave really helped us to achieve the home of our dreams. Thank you all so much.

Selling a home can be stressful, but they guided us through every step with clear communication and expert advice, ensuring our property was marketed effectively and sold in a timely manner. On the buying side, they were equally impressive. Once we found our new home, they managed the process smoothly, liaising between all parties to keep things moving and minimising delays. A special mention must go to James, Fiona, Becky, and Louise, who were all fantastic throughout. Each of them brought something different to the process, but all shared the same level of professionalism, friendliness, and commitment. They were always approachable, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to support us at every stage. What really stood out was their personal approach.
