GoogleFantastic service, super helpful and always prompt - with special thanks to Ricky and Becky for all their efforts helping us secure our first home. We viewed a number of properties in the area prior to purchasing, and always felt as though Ricky was on our side. Not once did we feel pressured into making an offer and always felt that Jackson Grundy had our best interests in mind. After making an offer, Becky did an amazing job of keeping us informed of any updates along the way. When we reached a stumbling block, Becky was great in liaising between us and the seller and getting the matter resolved quickly and decisively. Both made the whole process as stress-free as possible and we can't thank you enough for everything you've done for us these last 3 months. If/when we come to sell the property, Jackson Grundy will be our only consideration, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family in future. We have investigated the circumstances surrounding your review. Whilst we have no record of dealing with you specifically as a customer, given how quickly it appeared following another damaging review, we believe it relates to a property Jackson Grundy Lettings were advertising on behalf of a landlord on a 'Let Only' basis. As is the case with most properties in the current market, there was significant interest and multiple interested applicants. Unfortunately this means that only one application will be successful and all other parties will be disappointed. We would much rather this not be the case, however we are not able to control supply and demand of property to the market. We sympathise that on this occasion you are disappointed, but we feel that leaving the company a 1 star review due to circumstances outside of its staff's control is unfair and unwarranted. We kindly ask you in the first instance to remove this unwarranted review due to its damaging content. Should you be unprepared to remove the review then we will be forced to take legal advice from our solicitors in relation to Defamation of our company and our staff. We reserve the right to not revert back to you again on the matter ahead of taking further action. For your reference we would like to draw your attention to the recent High Court case of 'Summerfield Browne v Waymouth'.
