GoogleI've had an excellent experience with Intus Lettings. I rented with them for 7 months, and they made the application and move-in process really quick and easy, while being very flexible around my circumstances. The flat was in great condition, and communication was always clear, friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Definitely the best lettings agent in Sheffield!

Naomi helped me secure a tenant for my property extremely quickly after a long wait for an appropriate tenant with my previous agent at a better rate than I had expected. I would definitely recommend without hesitation.

GoogleBeen with Intus for some years now for lettings and management for my flat in Sheffield. They have been very good with communication and looking after my flat. A particular shout out for Harrison Banks who has been very helpful throughout my ownership of the flat, always responding to my queries promptly, and acting on them. A professional firm I would highly recommend.

GoogleA great estate agent from start to finish. The viewing process was painless and I was shown around multiple properties, with effort made to group multiple nearby property viewings together to accommodate my work schedule. Communication throughout my entire tenancy was very clear and they promptly responded to any queries I had throughout my 2+ year tenancy. Come the end of my tenancy I had the apartment professionally cleaned with money from the deposit which was very reasonably priced and the deposit was paid back same-day. I had also left a couple of suits behind by accident and they assured me it was fine to just pick them up from the office in the following days.

Communication has always been clear, and the repairs have been arranged quickly with minimal inconvenience. A special mention to Harrison, who has been particularly helpful throughout. He's been friendly, responsive, and proactive in ensuring any issues were dealt with as smoothly as possible.

GoogleAs a French citizen, I was struggling to find an agency or even a landlord, that would accept my tenant application. Then, I have found myself amazed that Intus Lettings, have accepted it! And thanks to them, I have spent a wonderful year in Sheffield's neighborhood, Kelham Island! They've been very reactive and kind during the whole year, couldn't find any better letting agency! GoogleAbsolutely amazing management company, I dealt with Naomi, Harrison and Caitlin and all three were fantastic. I was new to renting and they set up alerts for a building i was interested in, answered all my questions and were just amazing in general. The flat was in perfect condition and when there was a small issue (not their fault) just after moving in they had it sorted asap. Thank you so much ☺️
