GoogleWe have been with Intus lettings for more than 3 years, no complains but all good things to say about them. They handle everything very professionally with high standards, very friendly and it is a highly trustworthy lettings company. I would always recommend them to anyone looking to rent. They would always provide apartments in good standard and clean. Big thank you to Harrison, Naomi, Sarah. Also, Joanne, Rob, and Alex.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing management company, I dealt with Naomi, Harrison and Caitlin and all three were fantastic. I was new to renting and they set up alerts for a building i was interested in, answered all my questions and were just amazing in general. The flat was in perfect condition and when there was a small issue (not their fault) just after moving in they had it sorted asap. Thank you so much ☺️

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Intus Lettings Sheffield. The staff were incredibly helpful and Naomi, in particular was outstanding. She was understanding and went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. When the initial move- in date didn't work for me, she was willing to negotiate on my behalf ensuring everything worked out smoothly. I am grateful I have found the perfect space. The maintenance team has been fantastic---quick to respond and always helpful. Sarah went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, even stopping by my house to personally sort out some issues. The property was clean and well prepared, and the staff's support made the entire process stress- free. I highly recommend them to anyone look for accommodation in Sheffield!

GoogleI have rented for more than 13 years with various landlords and Intus is the best agent I have dealt with from viewings to responding to repair. Rob was quick to respond with my viewing queries, very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendation of the flat which I have now rented. Unlike some other agents who would either not bother to reply or have no clue about the property Sarah was again very prompt to respond with my reporting of maintenance issues. She arranged for their handyman Jason to fix the various issues very quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend Intus Lettings.

GoogleAlthough we didn’t go through the renting process with Intus Letting, we wanted to show our special thanks to the agent Alexander Swistak. He is the most excellent agent we have met during this house hunting period. Looking for an apartment in July and August is an insane task. My partner and I got rejected or ignored countless times, making us feel depressed and anxious all the time. However, Alex was friendly and highly responsive to us. We are happy with his service and hope he has all the best in his career.

GoogleThe 1 star is given only to the actual flat itself and the location and not to Intus Lettings and how they managed it. As a whole I think it is a great shame because intus lettings seem to have great locations and flats, but terrible customer service. Which has actually deterred me from ever using them again, despite their listings. Pros: I was in Great Central Sheffield, the grounds and flat itself were lovely. I managed to get my full deposit back, but I am generally a clean and tidy person anyway and left the place as I found it. The handyman around the property is very friendly and is as helpful as he can be. The building premises were kept clean. Cons: Completely let down by the letting agents. I had problems from day 1 of moving in and it took them 9 months to actually come and resolve the issues (but only after they knew the contract was coming to an end). Intus Lettings is near impossible to get hold of over the phone. If like me you prefer to talk to someone than to write over email then this is not the agency for you. The are not great communicators and I found that things were missed, forgotten about or ignored. I find them very ‘wishy-washy’. Somehow people who were not residents were managing to get into the building. This made me feel unsafe being a female who lived alone. Parking at the premise is a little irritating, people park in other residence spaces, but after months there is now a permit holder resolution in place, (which still does not fully work, but has improved that problem). There is a communal postal area, where packages were stolen. This happened frequently to me and few times to a person I also knew who lived there.- I ended up sending my parcels to work. - with the two problems I faced above, Intus Lettings were very quick to respond in saying this was not their problem, and were very quick to forward you on to someone else or to have you manage it yourself. It is a pity they couldn’t be a quick to respond when it was something they were ‘responsible’ for. I also found them manipulatively responsive when they needed to do showings of the flat towards the end and then fixed what I was complaining about from the beginning when it was a little too late.
Dear Michelle, We are sorry that you feel you have not received the expected level of service from Intus Lettings and would like to address some of your points directly. We were surprised to hear that you believed our communication was not up to standard, as we have records of the team trying to make contact with you on numerous occasions over your time in the property. We will certainly look into this internally though to see if there are any improvements we can make. A large part of your complaint appears to be about the building itself and, whilst we completely appreciate and understand the concerns you have raised over access to the building and the issues with parking, unfortunately, as the lettings agent, we do not manage the building and so have no control over these issues whatsoever. We are trying to work with the management company though on behalf of our tenants to highlight these issues.

GoogleMy wife and I just moved into UK a month ago. We found it difficult to rent an apartment in UK. We have had some appointments with the other agencies. But it all canceled. Fortunately, we have met Rob :). Without the appointment, he suggested a one-bedroom apartment to us which is totally fit for us (tidy, affordable). During the administration process, Rob is very helpful and proactive to answer the questions from our end. Also, Sarah who is the property manager in the office also very kind and take prompt actions to the tenant's issues. All in all, the staffs are very helpful. We would recommend to the person who is going to move into Sheffield. Just try their service.

GoogleI have owned a small apartment in Sheffield for about 2 years during which time Intus has found reliable tenants. But over the past 6 months, Sarah has been dealing with debt collectors set on me by EON, for a bill of over a thousand pounds for electricity I could never have used! Sarah has been tenacious and professional in her dealings with both the debt collector and EON, going above and beyond the normal agency duties. Thankfully, the matter is now resolved, and for obvious reasons, I will continue to use Intus’s services! Full marks!

Furthermore Sarah has been supportive and accommodating since we moved in. GoogleWas my first experience in moving alone and it wasn't smooth on my part but Intus were very kind, helpful and excellent in communication. Naomi was who I dealt with mainly and she was easy to get on with aswell as easy contacting. A very good worker who should be proud. Very good are Intus lettings, highly recommend.

Having lived in student accommodation for 3 years, I was incredibly nervous about moving out after graduation. Dayna has been absolutely brilliant in helping me and my partner find the perfect apartment, and helped us every step of the way. I honestly cannot recommend someone as highly as Dayna, her communication was amazing and she made us feel completely at ease. GoogleAs a French citizen, I was struggling to find an agency or even a landlord, that would accept my tenant application. Then, I have found myself amazed that Intus Lettings, have accepted it! And thanks to them, I have spent a wonderful year in Sheffield's neighborhood, Kelham Island! They've been very reactive and kind during the whole year, couldn't find any better letting agency! As we had never rented before Rob explained the process and made us feel very at ease. GoogleOne of the best customer service i ever had in my life. Thank You soo much Dayna for your kindness and for the all the support gave to us through the moving process. Process was very easy because Dayna followed up everything. I would say intus letting agency is the best letting agecy without any doubt.
