GoogleAwful landlords/lettings agency! Unethical, ignorant and awful to deal with. Extortionate rent for badly built, badly furnished and never maintained properties. Would never recommend to anyone!

GoogleI lived in a student accommodation previously hence I was worried about all the renting process, but Intus lettings made it very easy, and they were very helpful, whenever i mailed or called them regarding my queries they explained me everything and were very assuring. GoogleI had a great experience with intus lettings due to our agent Alex. We were moving to Sheffield from overseas and our entire ordeal was made simple and convienent with the help of our agent. The agency is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall excellent staff and an amazing letting agency.

GoogleAlthough we didn’t go through the renting process with Intus Letting, we wanted to show our special thanks to the agent Alexander Swistak. He is the most excellent agent we have met during this house hunting period. Looking for an apartment in July and August is an insane task. My partner and I got rejected or ignored countless times, making us feel depressed and anxious all the time. However, Alex was friendly and highly responsive to us. We are happy with his service and hope he has all the best in his career.

GoogleWe had a very pleasant experience with the agency. We just moved into the country and looking for a place to stay. Fortunately, we came across their advertisement online and decided to walk into their office. The whole processes were relatively smooth for us, personally, and would recommend this agency, especially Rob who helped us along the way.

GoogleI couldn't be happier with my experience with Intus Lettings Sheffield. The lettings team acted incredibly fast and were brilliant throughout the process of arranging my tenancy. In the space of just 3 days I went from enquiring about a listing to collecting the keys. They offer a very reliable and friendly service which I would highly recommend.

GoogleI can echo the positive reviews left by other people regarding Intus Lettings. I first enquired about a property via Rightmove, requesting a reply via email, and got a swift response from Dayna Stephens. If, like me, you're extremely busy with work or have phone anxiety, then having someone email you as requested is so very much appreciated. Very few of the other letting agents I contacted even bothered to reply to my enquiries. Dayna helped me to find my current flat, and the whole process with her, from booking a viewing to seeing the property to completing all of the admin regarding renting, happened quickly, smoothly and efficiently. As my flat is managed by Intus I am now in contact with Jo Shufflebotham and so far communication has been swift. As of this moment, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Intus again in the future.

GoogleI have rented for more than 13 years with various landlords and Intus is the best agent I have dealt with from viewings to responding to repair. Rob was quick to respond with my viewing queries, very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendation of the flat which I have now rented. Unlike some other agents who would either not bother to reply or have no clue about the property Sarah was again very prompt to respond with my reporting of maintenance issues. She arranged for their handyman Jason to fix the various issues very quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend Intus Lettings.

GoogleGreat experience overall, swift response. Dayna was very friendly and helpful. We were worried at first that we wouldn’t be able to rent a flat in time, but the whole process was so smooth and easy, with her aid, it only took us a few days from viewing the flat to signing contracts. 100% would recommend!

GoogleExcellent service and communication from Dayna Stephens and her colleague Sarah at Intus Lettings, Sheffield Great service and communication from Intus Lettings, Sheffield in general and Dayna Stephens in particular in helping me to lease an apartment at Kelham Gate. Special thanks to Sarah, who is my property manager, for dealing with the minor repairs to the property prior to my moving in. I can say without any hesitation that Intus is the best lettings agency I have dealt with in Sheffield. Unlike other Lettings agencies in Sheffield, they are friendly, professional and efficient - their entire process has been nothing short of exceptional. Both Dayna and Sarah represent a great asset to Intus Lettings - anyone seeking to rent a quality property in Sheffield would be most fortunate to have Dayna as his/her lettings agent and Sarah as his/her property manager.
