Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. My situation was particularly challenging due to an acrimonious divorce, but Aaron from Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth, and his fantastic team, handled the sale of my home with a level of dedication, care, and commitment I didn’t think was possible in this field. When the initial sale fell through due to the buyers, they sprang into action immediately. By the weekend, I had three new offers, and within two months, the house was sold! If you live in an area where Intercounty operates, I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish.

I’ve been renting one of my properties via Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth for a number of years now and the service (and advice) has always been excellent. Long-standing tenants recently moved out and a new tenant was found in a matter of days. We took the opportunity to undertake some maintenance works on the property in the break in tenancy and from the checkout process of the old tenants moving out to the new tenant moving in we were kept updated every step of the way with really clear and transparent communication and updates. Neve, Alex and Olivia are all are amazing, as is everyone else working there. I can’t recommend Intercounty and all the team there enough.

Found ourselves in a mess when a leak in our apartment caused damage to the below apartment. I was contact by Olivia Property Manager who explained the issues to us. It was so reassuring in her mail she wrote "Please leave this with me and I will get this resolved for you." True to her word Olivia has sorted it!
