GoogleApologies, this review will probably be long as I have a lot of praises to sing (said no one ever before about an estate agent).
From the beginning, iMove have been excellent. I didn’t put my house on the market for several months after the initial valuation, they didn’t hound me once, which is more than I can say for others. When Steve arrived, he listened to the reasons behind selling etc and gave no horrid sales pitch.
Then I met Sam, who took photos of my property and went through the process. Again, super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and sincere. I was an absolute nightmare client constantly rearranging the photos and he was really understanding about it. After only 2 viewings, my house was under offer at the full sale price with proceedable and genuine buyers.
Then Megan took over. My gosh this woman is amazing! She has the hardest job of all doing the sales progression and she extremely efficient and competent at doing so. She alleviated the majority of the stress that comes with selling a property and kept me up to date constantly (without being overbearing).
The sale of my house has just gone through speedily and easily on my part thanks to the team at iMove.
I cannot recommend them enough.

However Liam the Photographer. Was immppecal with his fotos of my house on sale.
Steven the Director assisted throughout the whole process in particular, that I have serious PTSD.
Steven done all the Paperwork for me up to completion.
Steven is a top class expert 100% class. Incredibly confident excellent Manner brilliant Attitude, total Diligence and very Enthusiastic.
Steven is extremely a excellent Director with a very calm approach throughout.

GoogleI don't often write reviews for companies, especially estate agents, so many are shockingly bad in London. But iMove have been the best we have dealt with during our time here for the application process.
For some context, the property management of the flat we have moved into is not with iMove, but they dealt with finding tenants to rent the property.
Narad helped us during the offer process and when collecting the keys, and Besrat dealt with the referencing.
We want to say a big thank you to Narad for the excellent level of communication we received. The acceptance of our offer took a little longer than originally expected, but Narad kept us informed throughout and didn't leave us in the dark at all. It was extremely refreshing and we are grateful for this, as renting in London can be so stressful.
We collected our keys the other day and the agents gave us a box of goodies to welcome us to our new flat. They have been the most supportive agency we've dealt with! You are in safe hands if you go through this agency.

GoogleWhen deciding whether to put in an offer on a property we asked iMove some questions. We wanted to know if the upstairs flat's lounge was above the bedroom and what the sound insulation was like.
They told us there was a study above the bedroom and what's more 'the upstairs neighbours own a flooring company and have installed the highest grade insulation- you couldn't ask for more'.
Having had these confident assurances we put in an offer and bought the property. It was only after we moved in that we discovered that the room above our bedroom was in fact a lounge and that the upstairs neighbours do not own a flooring company (or anything remotely to do with flooring) and have not installed 'the highest grade insulation'. Were were also told we would own the garden path which turned out to be untrue.
iMove have pointed out that they did not lie to us when they gave us this information and that they were only passing on information from the vendor. However we are still in the same position in that the information we received from them was not true.NegativeProfessionalism
