iMove have been brilliant. From the first initial meeting with Jon, he talked through the process gave accurate readings of the market and what we would expect. From there on the service has been impeccable.Courtenay was consistent with giving feedback from our property viewings and advocated for the price we wanted. They replied to our emails and queries sufficiently. Megan kept us updated often on our sales progression giving us peace of mind. Additionally, their recommendation for solicitors (which we did instruct on) were great as well. We have been able to get to exchange of contracts within 2 1/2 months. I couldn't sing their praises anymore, would highly recommend iMove !

We’ve been in living in our first time buy for 3 months now and everything is perfect! We dealt with Rob who had excellent communication throughout the buying process. He went the extra mile on multiple occasions to help us resolve difficulties that cropped up as with buying any house. We managed to complete 3 months after viewing which for a leasehold is an excellent timeframe. This wouldn’t have been possible without Rob - so thanks again. All communication & the details about the property were 100% accurate and having been living here 3 months nothing unexpected has cropped up. The buying process is daunting, especially the first time, but Rob was on hand at all times to answer all of our questions. Whenever we sell we won’t hesitate to use Rob with iMove. I cannot express enough just what an excellent service IMove have provided. All the staff we have dealt with have been enormously helpful and professional. We had lots and lots of questions regarding the property we were buying, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Once we had agreed the purchase, they went the extra mile in chasing agents and solicitors up the chain - checking their status -and providing us with constant feedback on their progress, so that we always knew exactly where we were. I can’t rate this firm highly enough! Megan looked after me all the way through and went over and above to sort out problems. The whole process was smooth, efficient and very friendly.
