GoogleWe, Stephen Mellini and wife Stephanie, have been in negotiations to purchase a property @ Squires Park, Bushey. I am American and Stephanie is British. The new homes, Sales Advisor we have been working with very closely is named Alison Selman. As an American, who has seen many types of saIes agents, I can say without the slightest equivocation, that she is not manipulative or untruthful ; or anything negative at all. she is assertive and firm, but not aggressive or pushy. She is totally forthright , truthful and is not hiding anything; at the same time, she is very eloquent, knowledgeable, a great listener, and full of information so that she can answer any number of questions clearly, concisely and with professionalism, grace, and a positive friendly attitude she is full of providing quality customer service and then some We give her a 1000 % rating above a solid 1 0 ! !. All positive and would do business with her again in a heartbeat.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Lovely review and lovely back story, delighted to hear how positive your experience has been.

GoogleTenants left house and garden in a bad condition so there was a claim against their deposit. This took ages to sort out but with help from Kelly at Imagine, most of the deposit was awarded to me. It doesn't cover the full cost of repairs but goes a way towards them. Kelly couldn't have been more helpful, it was her help and support that resulted in a good outcome.
Never a pleasant scenario to have to resolve, but that’s when you want a team to step up for you. Pleased to hear we weren’t found wanting.

GoogleWhat can I say, it has been a week since my offer got accepted. So far the process has been seamless. Imagine, the solicitors and the broker are all interacting with each other which makes the whole process easy for both me and my wife. I have been kept up to date at all stages so far. What a perfect combo. Let's see this through guys.....
Absolutely Jagdish, off to a good start but job is only half done so far…

They managed to send the documents ahead so we can have a run through with the dos and donts, and other important information we needed for the new flat. Overall it was a great and lovely experience to be with these two hands-on agents that made moving easier.

GoogleLettings Negotiator, Rosie Whitaker, has done an exceptional job. Her dedication and professionalism have helped me at all times. The process of renting a house for a foreign person in the UK is very complicated, and she has been able to guide me very effectively. Rosie Whitaker is a great real estate agent, and I highly recommend her if you are interested in renting a property around Bushey.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThis is my first time renting a property and the Imagine Team at Bushey have made everything so easy. Mark and Bianca found a tenant in under two days and Kelly and Jemma have been amazing in answering all my queries straight away. Overall - really impressive service.
Great to hear we gave you an impressive first experience John.

GoogleDue to unforeseen circumstances for my current Landlord, we were given the absolute minimum notice to vacate the property. This placed us under huge pressure to find another suitable house. After extensive searching and registering with more than 10 estate agents, only two responded back, with one of them being "Imagine". We would like to personally thank Letting Agent - Bianca for the professional service in finding us a property that met our needs in a short space of time with patience. Indeed my experience with the staff at the office was courteous throughout. Thanks to you all.
Amazed you got only two responses, but delighted from a business perspective and very pleased we were able to help you.

GoogleWe had an offer on our flat within 4 days. The team targeted the flat at specific buyers given its originality and this highly individual strategy worked wonders. Under the most stressful circumstances, and having to meet the stamp duty deadline, we completed our sale within 14 working days. These estate agents are outstanding and definitely not your average. Without a shadow of a doubt will be selling our house with Imagine when we decide to move, albeit, at a slower pace :)
Yes please lol. Great it all worked out.

GoogleAbsolutely Great service with speed. When I called to view the property, Daniel efficiently arranged the viewing for the same day. The best thing is they have a very good partnership with solicitors and mortgage experts that really makes the process seamless. Daniel has been on top of the process with putting my offer forward and getting it accepted just within 1 working day. I highly recommend. Thank you very much Daniel.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
