Imagine estate agents in Bushey and Watford

It was my first time putting a property on the market and being in a chain and I'm so glad I went with Imagine as they literally took the stress away from the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. Initially we had valuations done with other estate agents but after meeting with Amir for our valuation, we knew Imagine were the right people to go with as he understood us, was open, honest and very professional. Whilst the other estate agents were either providing valuations which were too low or too high and unrealistic, Amir provided us with the best and most realistic valuation and also went above and beyond to ensure we got nothing less than our asking price. In fact, Amir has gone above and beyond for us throughout the whole process, providing us with contacts for our EPC as well as our solicitors. Even though Imagine and Amir were handling the sale of our property, he helped us with the purchase side of things despite us purchasing through another estate agent. I'm so glad we got to work with Amir because he's not someone who treats their job as a 9-5 and sees people as clients - he's passionate about his role, extremely knowledgeable about the property game and will always share his knowledge and provide unbiased advice and on top of that we feel like we have made a friend who we can ask for advice on anything property related! Thank you so much Imagine, Amir and the whole Bushey team!

Daniel Mitchell was great from start to finish! The process was a long one but he remained calm and helpful through all the ups and downs of exchanging! Highly recommend Imagine and if you can get Daniel involved, you’ll be in good hands!

Imagine estate agents have been fantastic from the very first meeting, all the way through to exchange. Amir is committed, supportive, honest and so knowledgeable. Paul is a delight, friendly, hard-working and entirely trustworthy, and was so patient! Paul & Amir really kept me going through the journey which sometimes was difficult. Katie Rowe, the sales progressor is totally impressive - tenacious, clear, motivated, reassuring, super organised and SO good at her job. I'm full of gratitude to the Imagine team (and will actually miss them...) :-)

I have recently purchased a property from Imagine Bushey and it has been a great experience with them and I would like to take the opportunity to thank Katie and Amir for working along with me to purchase the property. I have received a really good service from Katie Rowe especially towards the later stage of the purchase when we had to get the deal over the line. Hopefully in the future we could do more business.

Worked with Imagine to purchase our first home. The sales team were attentive and really helpful. Huge thank you to Daniel who was able to talk us through every step of the journey. Only issues came from the sales progression team, who were not able to provided assistance and were extremely challenging to contact.

We had 2 properties to sell but with a fairly long completion time due to my son doing his GCSE's. The Imagine team that helped us, Amir, Daniel and Katie (plus a few others I'm sure I've missed out), were great in getting the properties sold and managing the process through to completion. The team are very helpful and really great to deal with and strive in getting you the best deal possible. Would recommend them fully to anyone looking to buy or sell your property.

Just completed on my home purchase with Imagine. They were professional throughout the inspection and buying process, and Daniel presented the property to myself very well and provided good support and ability to revisit the property throughout. I also found the completions team very responsive and helpful in getting the purchase settled and through conveyancing. Well worth giving the Imagine team a go! Thanks again.
