GoogleMy experience from imagine was amazing. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. A special thanks goes to Paul Markey who let us view the property 4 times for 2h+ between exchange and completion, which allowed us to pick the right contractors and have them in on day one. Thanks imagine team!

GoogleI tried all the local estate agents in Bushey and Imagine were stand-out for me. They suggested a sale price that was 7.5% higher than all their competitors and within 7 days found a buyer who offered this price as a cash sale, mortgage-free. The sale went though in about 6 weeks, without event, handled by the brilliant Katie and Amir - I would highly recommend Imagine - they simply got the job done without fuss. This is what I needed from an estate agent and Imagine delivered on it. Very happy with outcome.

I have had interactions with both at different stages of the lettings process & they make you feel like a human and not a number on a tenancy list. This is my first time renting and I have had no real idea about the process. We are currently moving & Imagine continue to be extremely helpful throughout. GoogleDealing with imagine has always been easy and hassle free. Ellie has always been efficient and responsive with anything I need. Ellie explains the full process and all details of the property inclusive of bills and estimates. This will be my second experience renting with imagine and I’m pleased to be returning.

GoogleThe team is very nice getting you to sign a contract once youre with them. They are the least helpful people. Once i left the flat despite confirming everything with them they went back on their word and added random nonsenseical expenses. I was added to an email chain with the landlord and it was quite obvious imagine was trying to take advantage of both the tenant and the landlord. I would never recommend them for renting or property management. PLEASE BE CAFEFUL WITH THESE CROOKS

GoogleWe received a fantastic service from the team at Imagine from the start of the process to the completion of the sale. Our house was sold within one week of putting it to market, with viewings being booked before we had even had the photographs taken. The whole team were warm, friendly and professional, providing feedback after the viewings. Paul was particularly helpful providing support to our buyers who were purchasing for the first time. Once we had accepted an offer the sales progression moved things along at a good pace, keeping us informed throughout the journey. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Imagine if you want to sell your property in a professional and prompt manner.

GoogleWe recently completed a house purchase via Imagine and we have to say their support throughout the process was outstanding. Amir was unbelievably helpful in helping us get our offer over the line. He even helped us out with formalising the sale of our place which was happening via a different estate agent, going the extra mile to help us get to the point where we were proceed-able on our purchase. Then once our offer was accepted we were handed over to Katie who managed our purchase on behalf of Imagine and continued in going the extra mile throughout the entire process. Katie provided us with clear direction on what we needed to do an when, provided regular updates and was always there to pick up the phone whenever we had questions. Like Amir, she was even happy to offer advice on our separate sale. I can't understate how helpful (and reassuring) Katie's advice was. Katie was also incredibly proactive and willing to do anything she could to help the purchase process along. On several occasions she called various parties on my behalf for updates and to answer questions, as I was unable to due to during work times. This made my life much easier! My overall impression of Imagine is that they are proactive and always willing to do whatever they can to support their clients, so I'd definitely consider them for any future sales/purchases.

They even provide a complimentary Concierge service free of charge that saves us a lot of time with home admin stuff like setting up utilities, contacting removals, etc. Thank you Paul, Katie and the entire team for making the process so smooth and pleasant.

GoogleThe worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with in 32 years of private renting!!! They use repair companies that don’t turn up or complete the maintenance properly. They favour the landlord & not the tenant (even when tenant has done nothing wrong). They assist in the Landlord retaining 95% of your deposit (when no damage or rent owed). I would never recommend or ever use the imagine group again!!! Companies like is this what has given Estate Agents bad reputations. It your a good tenant, DO NOT RENT WITH IMAGINE. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!
We totally refute those statements and suggest they are completely unwarranted. We would argue we repeatedly tried to explain the process of deposit dispute resolution, highlighted we have no control over it and that the process is totally independent and you simply refused to accept that reality. You’d think we had in some way benefitted from the fact your landlord made a claim for damages of which the Dispute system agreed. We don’t hold your money, we don’t get anything from the situation and we had no say in the outcome. Misguided reviews like this can give estate agents a bad name with no justification.

GoogleI just had a call from pushiest, rudest and most unprofessional agent imaginable. Essentially telling me if I don’t see their mortgage broker I can’t go to the viewing. I just hope this isn’t a reflection of the rest of the team there.
