GoogleA huge thank you to Brian, Tej and Kelly for selling my Mother's house. Extremely pro-active, I didn't have to list the property with the 2nd viewing securing the house. Kelly Bell's progression of the sale was both professional and demonstrated her experience in this role. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI sold my house through Imagine 3 weeks after it went on the market. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. In particular I would like to mention Kelly in the after sales department who was very easy to talk to and deal with and has helped me through a process which can be somewhat stressful!

GoogleVery happy with the level of service provided by Mark Matthews, Claire Berke, and the rest of the lettings team in finding a tenant for my flat. I received regular email updates informing me of viewings, someone was always available to talk to on the phone when necessary, and I received sound advice when ironing out the finer details of the tenancy agreement. GoogleI have just sold my Parents home through Imagine, the house was on the market previously with an online agent who did not manage to perform and secure a sale over the course of several months. I decided to switch to Imagine as they seem to be the most proactive local agent in the area, after a few viewings the house was under offer within a few weeks. The sale was then handed over to Kelly, Bushey office, who nurtured each aspect of the sale through to exchange / completion, above and beyond what she should have needed to do. I would highly recommend Imagine, will certainly be using them again in the future.

GoogleFantastic support throughout our buy, from being shown around a collection of homes by Dean, through to being supported through our purchase by Kelly. It was just under 12 weeks from offer to completion, and at no point did we feel unduly pushed. Lines of communication were great as well. Have no qualms about recommending the Imagine team in Bushey. Didn’t feel like your stereotypical estate agents, in a good way!

GoogleWe appointed Imagine to sell our house in Bushey having met with other local estate agents who were all very professional and certainly knew their market. The manager, Brian, was impressive and Imagine's reputation in the area is very good. Acknowledging house prices have fallen, particularly at the higher end of the market, Brian arranged monthly meeting with us, kept us informed throughout and gave us his honest opinion on all aspects. All viewings were accompanied with one of Imagines staff. They always provided feedback. I am happy to recommend Imagine estate agents as reputable, honest and transparent.

GoogleA big thank you is in order to Paul Markey & his team at Imagine . Prior to instructing them our flat was on the market with other leading estate agents for 5 months . Paul found us a buyer within 4 days of marketing the property . He guided us through the sale and was always available when we needed help . Pauls advice and knowledge is magic and his simply the best at what he does , I can't recommend him and his team enough. GoogleWe put our house on the market with Imagine in February 2017, almost immediately 4 very smart Imagine employees descended on the property, advising us of market value (£15,000) more than a local estate agent, taking photos, explaining the process and giving us tips on how we could increase the chances of a quick sale. The house was visible on all media’s within 2 days. 2 days later there were 15 prospective buyers lined up to view. A further 2 days and we had agreed a sale £5,000 above the asking price. The process from selling to moving took 6 months as the chain became rather large but throughout the process Paul from the Imagine Garston office kept us up to date of progress and put us at ease when we had concerns we might lose our buyer due to the problems further up the chain. All together Imagine and their team were outstanding. Without hesitation I would recommend Imagine to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Ray White

Paul and his team were professional and excellent from start to finish and sold our house within two weeks. He guided us through the sale and was available whenever required. Paul's advice and knowledge was spot on and we would highly recommend.

GoogleI'd be very careful using them if you are considering. I found them to be dishonest and extremely pushy. A horrible experience and wouldn't even consider using them again. I also noticed replies from them regarding negative reviews on other review sites that the bad reviews must be from their competitors. From experience I doubt that very much.
Like every other 1 star review we have, there isn't a single genuine client name that has transacted with us provided, nor an address for us to investigate any issue. To therefore describe us as dishonest is totally without foundation and a cowardly swipe at a small business. As such it is impossible for us not to believe this is an on going attempt to undermine our status as a highly regarded and leading local business, by a disgruntled competitor with far too much time on their hands. Any genuine complaint would always be given complete respect and investigated thoroughly.

GooglePut my flat on the market on the Monday afternoon and accepted an offer within 48 hours. A very stressful process, as selling a home is, was made smooth and easy to deal with by a very professional team at this branch who answered any queries I had promptly leading to a successful sale.
