GoogleThey care more about their rubbish road slogans on their website than actual customer service or even getting their sales through to completion. Don't even know where to start with these cowboys. First they managed to push the vendor i was buying from to use one of the worst solicitors around which was basically a conveyancing "call centre" . These solicitors actually gave up with trying to get information from my freeholder meaning I then had to step in and contact the freeholder myself, after many phone calls back and fourth we finally exchanged. Day of completion came and my wife was just handed a large bunch of keys, most of which did not work and the balcony door was left unlocked without a key for it. The apartment was also full of furniture which we had asked for it to be removed on completion. When I called to speak to Brian the so called manager he was very cocky, it seemed he didn't even care and just wanted an argument, told me "well you should have checked yourself between exchange" no Brian I do not have a key and was told this was going to be done between exchange and completion. What manager raises his voice at potential future clients? I was pretty annoyed when I phoned up and instead of trying to help Brian made me even more angry, this is not a manager to me. Do yourself a favour and do NOT use this company. If you see it on with another agent then call them yourself. I had another issue with this firm back in 2010 , a leopard never changes its spots unfortunately

Really disappointing to read your thoughts and experience Daniel. You are right to say the conveyancer we recommend (not push) had a nightmare couple of months with staffing issues that hit us hard and we can only apologise your sale was caught up in that. That doesn't make us cowboys, it meant we had a genuine problem from an outsourced third party that impacted heavily on us as a business too.
In relation to the keys and furniture situation, obviously it was the departing party that had not left the property as they should have done, again not Imagine. But of course the response you receive at that moment should be appropriate and we will review that internally to ensure, whatever the frustrations, a level of tact that is warranted is given.

GoogleI have had a long journey with Imagine to sell my property, and their service has been great throughout the process. The property was under offer within a couple of weeks of it being on the market, and although we lost our first buyer at the eleventh hour, they were extremely quick to get it back on the market and once again we were under offer in a very short space of time. Once their properties go 'under offer', they have a dedicated Sale Progression team that look after you throughout the conveyance process, and I have to say that team in particular have been nothing short of brilliant. I want to make a special mention for Laura Howard, who has worked tirelessly to get my sale through to exchange, she always kept me in the loop and made any phone calls necessary to ensure everything was moving along the chain. She is a credit to the organisation!

It's now an average of 7 months in the UK between going on the market and moving. As you point out having someone stick by you throughout that time, who only gets paid a penny at the very end and only then if a successful move happens, is why the Purplebricks of this world are so misleading in their advertising.

Nothing 'very dodgy' at all Mr Dhillon. The property had come back to the market after the previous buyer withdrew. However, before we could get access for any new viewings this buyer changed their mind and decided to proceed again - hence the property being re-marked as sold.
