Mark and his rental team at the Bushey branch, are very professional and provide great support and advice when renting out property. They work quickly and quietly to get you vetted tenants and rented my place out within 24 hours of registering on their books. I first spoke to Mark and his team 2 years ago and he waited patiently until I was ready to take the next step. Marks knowledge is invaluable and he is the go to expert on property rentals. In a climate where there are temptations to run rentals on line independently, these guys work really hard to demonstrate their worth and it’s fully justified in my mind. A great service by a great team.

Although we did not use Imagine estate agents as we are not local, my partner and I dealt with Paul, one of the mortgage brokers at Imagine as we had been let down by our local broker. Imagine are a great estate agents! We were previously with Purple Bricks and spent years trying to sell our house (not exaggerating). We then decided to try another estate agents and met with 3 including Imagine. Brian from the Bushey branch came to chat with us about the value of our house and their services; he was honest and open from the start about the value of our house and the current market situation which is why we chose them. They sold our house within a couple of months but even before we had an offer we had many more viewings than with Purple Bricks (who are utterly useless.. our estate agent Josh was good but overall a waste of money). The post sale service from Laura was excellent. She kept us informed on a weekly basis what was happening, even if nothing had progressed, so I never had to chase them for an update, which was something I'd never experienced before. Everything regarding the sale of our house went through smoothly and quickly. I wouldn't bother with the concierge service however. I want to say another thank you to Carl and Brian again at the Bushey office because even after they had sold our house and everything was finished they helped us make an offer on the house we are currently buying. Carl was very happy to help with our onward purchase and he looked at the intended house and gave me advice on what offer to put in. We have ended up getting a great deal on the house which we would not have got anywhere near if it wasn't for his advice. Overall Imagine have really impressed me with their service, going above and beyond what I expected and have made this stressful time a lot easier. Thank you! Sam, John and the little ones!

My husband and I recently exchanged on a flat that we have purchased through Imagine. We found the process simple and relatively stress free thanks to the support and service we received. Despite our requirements changing, we were smoothly transferred from the new build to the residential sales agent. Amir showed us a handful of properties that were all aligned to our requirements and suitable. He was easy to communicate with and flexible. We also experienced the same ease of communication with Katie who managed our sales progression. She was very responsive and helped us navigate through the process.
