GoogleUsed Imagine to sell my property as it was in their area. Paul Markey was the contact and was very helpful. The tracking of the sale was very handy as it gave me information as to how the sale was progressing. Would recommend them as they know the area well.

Answered any questions swiftly and when initial offer rejected kept me well informed on the status. Worked hard on the seller to secure the best deal for both of us and ensure a quick and easy process. He was so much more proactive compared the other agents I have had contact with. Paul markey came to our property and gave us an honest opinion on the current market and how best to get our house sold. We have now accepted an offer. Paul is always available on his phone and nothing is too much trouble ... Highly recommended imagine if you want to get your house sold

GoogleAs a first time buyer I dealt with a few estate agents before starting some viewing with Imagine. They have a great team who are very knowledgeable and deliver excellent service. Dean Carr, the person I dealt with throughout my viewings was very professional and responsive from the beginning to the completion. He introduced me to a mortgage Advicer, Gus. Though I was already dealing with another Advicer he was by far more knowledgeable and experienced so I switched to him without a second thinking twice. GoogleI have bought my first home recently through Imagine estate agents. Paul (Assistant Manager) showed me the property and helped me to get through the whole process and answering all my queries. I seen so many properties through different estate agents but no other agency was as helpful as Imagine and specially Paul and Katie who were my main point of contact from start to end of home buying process. I would highly recommend Imagine and Paul in particular for Buying/Selling house. A big thanks to Paul.

GoogleOur property was on the market for a number of months with other estate agents before we took the decision to move it over to Imagine earlier this year. The difference between other estate agents we had dealt with and Imagine was obvious from day 1 - their communication, organisation, professionalism and enthusiasm was fantastic from the start! There were no surprise visits, we always knew the status, viewings were scheduled with notice, feedback from the viewings was prompt and in the end they managed to secure the right buyer too! We have a relatively niche property, lovely, but niche, and it therefore definitely needed the right buyer at the right time. Daniel Schultz managed to secure that perfect buyer for us which we are truly grateful for!! We've experienced a few estate agents during this process and I would recommend Imagine over any of the others in a heartbeat - you won't regret it! Through what has been a very stressful time due to COVID of trying to buy and sell properties, Paul has gone above and beyond my expectations every time. Googlefound Imagine unprofessional (I think his name was Paul). First thing he said was, do you want the bad news!! It felt like he did not want to be here to value my property (he came here at short notice, but he could had said he didn't have the time, as I got the day mixed up). Did not remove his shoes or even wear a face mask!!!. He made unprofessional comments. Would not recommend or use them to sell my property. Worst estate agent I have ever come across.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Obviously disappointed to read your comments Lai which are at odds with almost every bit of feedback we have ever had on Paul. We know he had to explain the impact of your short lease on value which can be frustrating to hear. But it is the reality and is important to explain and not shy away from. Sorry if the delivery didn’t match your expectations. No excuse on the mask front, he will be reminded of the importance of this immediately.

GoogleHi Lee, Honestly Lee, Paul has been truly amazing for me over my ordeal of searching for the perfect property. I have been looking for a property for over a year now and Paul has been with me all the way. I nearly totally gave up on the whole idea for now and was going to put the whole search on hold for a while. I looked at so many properties and I was so dishearten with the whole finding a property that I gave up and was going to leave it for a year or so. But bless Paul, he did not give up on me or my dream in finding the dream home. He said "Raf I have the perfect property for you, come on let's go!!!!!!!!!!!". Paul knew I would take that house he mentioned to me that I would really like, he even said to me "trust me Raf you will love it" which I did and took it within seconds after seeing the house. Paul bless him, he still had a lot of patience to show me all the other properties we had booked for that day, knowing I will take that property he said I would in the first place. I have come across a lot of Estate Agents who have been amazing to me, but by far Paul has been the BEST for me hence why I am coming back to you guys in the future. In a year or so I will be selling by property that I have in the background to get a much bigger place but I am only coming back to Paul to buy another property. So, tell him he is not done with me just yet lol. I also want to THANK YOU Lee, you have only hired the best people for the service and the job. Because of Paul I did not give up and he managed to find me the perfect property for now. I found the team at Imagine really helpful and friendly to work with, especially Dean Carr who has seen me through process from my first viewing, always been very quick to respond to queries and gone above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I've had. As a first time buyer I found it particularly helpful to have guidance through the process, and Dean was more than happy to help at every opportunity. I even ended up using their recommended mortgage advisor who has also been really helpful. I couldn't recommend the team at Imagine enough.
