GoogleI had a very smooth experience with Imagine Bushey when buying my property. Amir was fantastic - he responded to all my queries swiftly, was professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thanks for the review. Amir really appreciated the mention.

GoogleWe got off to a rocky start with our property search, unsurprising given the current 2020 climate we find ourselves in, but Imagine have been super throughout. We initially worked with Oliver at the Bushey branch and then Bianca and Jemma, both who have made the process very simple and pain free. Imagine offer a concierge service once our offer had been accepted, which made transitioning all bills and setting up services, pain free! This saved us hours of admin time, and switching to the most cost effective provider. For an agency to offer this, whilst being very hands on and responsive, i couldn't recommend them highly enoughPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Great to hear various members of the team all contributing positively, thanks Lucy

GoogleThank you to David, Amir and all the team for getting our home under offer within a week of going on the market. An amazing result. We were kept informed at every step of the process. Fingers crossed the sale goes through smoothly. I would recommend them without hesitation.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thanks Liz, delighted the team delivered so promptly for you.

GoogleI'm so glad we made the choice to go with Imagine. Their professionalism throughtout, particularly when the country has been experiencing the most difficult of situations in a national crisis, speaks volumes for the whole team. We could not have asked for a better agent to handle our sale than Alex Fegan. Extremely helpful and professional, his communication throughout was very good and he helped us negotiate a difficult situation that arose during the sale. Great estate agency in the heart of Bushey.PositiveProfessionalism
Thanks Steve, not been an easy year for anyone has it, but glad we’ve managed to show up well no matter what.

GoogleI really want to express my genuine gratitude to Carl in the Bushey office for his constant support and hard work in getting us over the line in what has been a very protracted affair. Even when I truly believed our sale was going to stall, Carl was still chasing up the solicitors, sellers and other agents in our chain. A big thank you also to David for his support, and to Mike Cole, the MD who also got involved in order to progress matters. I can truly recommend this estate agency.
Thank you Laurence, praise from the top of the tree down is great. We know this was a very tricky chain, thanks for your patience.

GoogleMy property went on the market, and I managed to receive a ghost buyer from another agency. I set Imagine a challenge to sell whilst I was away on holiday. Two days before holiday, on short notice, they managed to list the property, review the add with me and by the time I was away, get loads of people through the doors. Whilst on holiday I had plenty of offers come in, so they lived up to the challenge. The buyer Imagine arranged ended up driving towards completion too for which the sales handler played a key role. Trusted, professional and knowledgeable salespeople who really do take interest in the local area. Thanks Katie, Carl & Amir!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you Jeremy, we love a challenge :)

GoogleCould not be happier with Imagine in Bushey. We were very unsure if we would be able to sell our place in the current market. To our amazement Amir found us a buyer within ten days of taking on the instruction. He made the entire process very easy for us and was always very professional. Katie in the Sales progression team was also brilliant. Always available to answer questions and get things moving when needed. Thank you all at imagine. Hopefully, you can find us somewhere to buy soon.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thanks Mark, yes fingers crossed we can complete the circle and help you find too.
