GoogleImpossible to get in contact with. Main phone is dead, email unattended, agents don’t answer their mobiles, website is in development stages and absolutely no social media to speak of. I spent nearly 2 months trying to secure a flat through them, during which time no agent was even bothered to attend a viewing, I showed up and only builders were there. Then after weeks of offering to take the flat I finally got a call back saying they’d send a holding deposit form over that day. Of course they didn’t. I spent the next 10 days calling every number I had, only twice was it picked up. Both times I was told I’d get a call back later that day which I didn’t. Nearly 2 months after offering to take the flat I get a text that the place has already been let. Unprofessional to say the VERY least.

GoogleI'm a prospective tenant and can't get through to them by phone or email about houses they have available on Zoopla - if you're a landlord and you expect to get your property rented through these guys, good luck.

Hi Emma, We've just seen your comments and we apologise that you haven't been able to get through to us. We are responding to ALL our clients and are actively carrying out viewings and renting properties during this pandemic. If you could kindly email me at info@idealhomes.uk.com I will personally see that either myself or another member of staff respond ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you. Yusuf Valli

FacebookTean, at the Torpoint office, looked after us through the purchase of our new home. she was exceptional with communication and making sure everything went as smoothly as it could during the lockdown period. Thanks to Tean we are now enjoying discovering what a fabulous community we have moved into, and is always at the end of the phone for advice. thank you Tean x

GoogleNever actually got a house with them. They had one my friends and I were extremely keen on and they said we could have it. They then lead us on for a week and a half before telling us we couldn't have it anymore 2 weeks before our move in date. Avoid at all costs

FacebookAbsolutely brilliant! Just been through our second house move with Tean at Ideal Homes. On top of a friendly, professional service it has been so reassuring to know that Tean understood exactly what we wanted and would always give us honest and helpful advice. Having had to deal other agents when buying our new house made us realise just how far ahead of the rest Ideal Homes are - could not recommend them enough!
