GoogleVery Unprofessional and Misleading Experience, Avoid This Agency
I had one of the worst experiences with this rental agent and would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with this agency.
We went to view a house in Hayes and confirmed that we were very interested. We clearly told the agent that we were ready to move and he said “okay, since there was some minor issues needed fixing a broken window and fridge which he said will take one day and will be fixed we agreed an waited
The next day, I texted him for an update, no reply. I called him, and he said he would update me the next day, again, no call and no message. After two more days, I texted him again, still no response. I then called him directly; he picked up and said he will call me back in 5 minutes. Guess what? No call back at all.
Later, I found the agency number on the Ideal Home website and called again. The same agent answered and suddenly said the landlord is confused about whether he wants to rent or sell the property. If that was the case, why were we kept waiting for so many days with no clear answer? I clearly told him not to keep us hanging and that we would look for another property if it wasn’t confirmed. He again promised to speak to the landlord and update us.
He then sent a message saying the landlord would confirm on Monday and Tuesday . Monday and Tuesday passed, no update. No call, no message, no explanation.
This is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful. Renting a home is a serious matter, and people plan their lives around these decisions. This agency clearly does not value clients’ time or trust. They can easily put you in a situation where you end up without a house at the last minute because of their poor communication and false promises.
If you are looking for a reliable and honest rental experience, please never ever deal with this agency. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted and have no sense of professionalism.
Very disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.

GooglePathetic estate agent. We worked with Yusuf who first of all ignored all calls regarding the tenancy agreement and associated matters with our chosen flat. We were then due to move into the flat and were then told 5 days before our move-in date it was not possible to move in. We were left homeless and had to get expensive temporary accommodation. I would highly recommend avoiding them.

Dear Sharmillan, Thank you for your review and comments. Firstly, i can understand your frustration, this didn't work out both me or you expected it to. I didn't ignore anyone's calls, we were constantly in touch with your friend Stacey and asked her to relay the details of our conversations back to you. I can only apologise that you weren't able to move in as the current tenant (at that time) decided not to move out and wanted to continue with her tenancy and the landlord had agreed therefore there wasn't much i could do i'm afraid. Your deposit was refunded immediately and i was calling all the agents in the area myself to see if i could help you with finding another place to move into but didn't have much luck. I hope you have now managed to find a new home and have settled in? Best wishes, Yusuf

GoogleImpossible to get in contact with. Main phone is dead, email unattended, agents don’t answer their mobiles, website is in development stages and absolutely no social media to speak of. I spent nearly 2 months trying to secure a flat through them, during which time no agent was even bothered to attend a viewing, I showed up and only builders were there. Then after weeks of offering to take the flat I finally got a call back saying they’d send a holding deposit form over that day. Of course they didn’t. I spent the next 10 days calling every number I had, only twice was it picked up. Both times I was told I’d get a call back later that day which I didn’t. Nearly 2 months after offering to take the flat I get a text that the place has already been let. Unprofessional to say the VERY least.

GoogleNever actually got a house with them. They had one my friends and I were extremely keen on and they said we could have it. They then lead us on for a week and a half before telling us we couldn't have it anymore 2 weeks before our move in date.
