GoogleThey should be ashamed of what they're charging. £3k per month for a 3 bed flat on Muller Road, with one bedroom being barely bigger than the bed in it, a garden that looks like a bomb has been dropped on it, and with every single piece of furniture in the entire house looking like it's been rescued from the nearest recycling center. Disgusting.

Hi Alex, I think there's been a misunderstanding as we are not in control of the rents on our platform, we advise landlords/agents to ensure rents are at fair market rates, but we cannot change the rent on their behalf. We are really sorry that the property you found is not up to scratch, we've reported this to the agent, and we'd love to find you something that is better suited to you.

However, I can genuinely say that HYBR has been a breath of fresh air to work with. The quality of leads they provide has been fantastic, resulting in multiple lets for us. Their vetting process is second to none, every lead we receive is a fully eligible applicant, complete with a guarantor that meets our requirements. This level of precision has made the process seamless and highly effective. If you’re considering using a lead generation service, I would strongly urge you to give HYBR a try. I can confidently say you won’t regret it. They have exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
