GoogleHurford Salvi Carr - Kirk Parry and his colleagues at the Islington and Shoreditch office - did a great job in letting my flat in the Angel area. The flat was new to them and the block has and continues to have some challenges, so they had to familiarise themselves quickly. They were very hands on: Kirk was fully involved in the letting process and navigated me through the process, including communications with an internationally-based tenant locating to the area, and showed professionalism and attention to detail that helped close the deal smoothly, for the benefit of all parties. All greatly appreciated, thank you!

For over 3 years now, Kirk Parry has been was great to work with to get my flat let and the team did a great job finding suitable tenants. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially the team at the City Road branch.

We would not have been able to achieve the great result without their expert advice and execution.

GoogleI have contacted HSC in order to rent out my flat based in Angel, London (as HSC is also conducting the management of the whole property - 1, Owen St.). Immediately, I realized that I have made the right choice following meeting Lettings Manager Kirk. He helped me a lot with the repairs and renovations of my flat, as lots of works needed to be done. Following that, within a decent amount of time, he has found me the most optimum tenants which I am very happy with. Both Kirk and the rest of the team of HSC - Islington & Shoreditch Branch were extremely friendly and responsive at any time and any date. Highly recommended!
