GoogleI looked at several other agents before finally deciding on using HSC to market my property. Having used HSC for management of my flat, they had been exceptional in this aspect (dealing primarily with Kirk Parry), and had very good market knowledge, allowing me to eventually achieve the best sale price. Luca Santilli was my specified agent, who had a great personal approach with excellent and clear communication throughout the whole process, which no doubt helped navigate smoothly in what was a very tricky market, especially at the point of negotiations, and at the time of exchange. Throughout, Luca and the company were incredibly professional and efficient, and they would definitely be my go to estate agent for any future property sale or management. GoogleHurford Salvi Carr are without doubt the best Estate Agent in N1. They have let and sold flats for me over a number of years and their professionalism is exemplary. Kirk Parry on the lettings side and more recently Luca Santilli sales side have both been excellent. Luca recently navigated some tricky legal challenges to sell our N1 flat. We could not recommend them more highly.

Many thanks to Yasmin and her colleagues, it would not have been possible to conclude the tenancy agreement and move into the apartment one week after the initial preview of the property without their extensive support, especially for a non-UK national like myself.

GoogleDavid Salvi and Luca Santilli did a wonderful job for us in connection with the sale of a leasehold interest in a flat in summer and autumn 2023/ from planning out the process we would follow, working constructively with a joint agent, drumming up demand in a challenging market, following up with that demand, and getting from exchange to completion fairly quickly, they delivered excellent client service, all in a very professional and efficient manner. We would not have been able to achieve the great result without their expert advice and execution.
