I am often out of the country, so they conducted all visits and even came over to check my house whilst I was away. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ian Hubbard in the selsdon office, I approached them at the beginning of may 25 after my previous sale fell through with another estate agent after 4 months. Our property was back on the market within 24 hours and had the first viewing the same day, in the space of 14 days I had 10 viewings and 4 offers of which Ian Picked the buyer in the best position to proceed with the purchase. Also a special mention to Amy for her professional approach and dedication with our viewings. Terrible experience dealing with Lucy & then Elaine. This company seem to think they are above you the customer. Very aggressive & condescending which is unacceptable. I would not use them again as it has been an upward hill battle every step of the way. An agent is meant to help you not hinder you with your property transaction. I recommend if you are looking to sell your home that you avoid & go to more professional competitors. There are a lot of better agents in the area.

These guys were recommended to me and I have to say I would also strongly recommend them. They’re a smaller business with a clear focus on the local area, communicating well across the team and are accessible and responsive. They’re honest and open on pricing and were quick to respond when my first buyer pulled out. The guys work as a team to resolve any queries, support you through the process and manage your buyer so that if someone is out, you’re not left waiting and things aren’t held up. We had the task of selling our sister's house following her sad passing, last year. Hubbard and Torlot helped us so much, especially as we were out of the country. They took charge of the whole sale, without us having to return to the UK at all during the process. They facilitated all the personnel who needed access, they read the meters and forwarded results to us. They organised the final house clearance, and stayed in contact with our solicitors, throughout. Their house valuation proved to be excellent and fair, at the same time.
