We would like to say a big thank you to Ian and the team for selling our house for us, it was a rather stressful process selling our first home not fully sure on how things are meant to go, we got a fantastic price for our house after quite a few offers in the end. We want to make a special mention for Amy who done almost all of the viewings, she had our full trust showing people around our home when we was not there even doing a viewing on a Sunday which ended up being the one that mattered the most. The after sales was great with constant communication between us all and the solicitors to get it over the line. Thank you so much for selling our first home.

Moving house can be one of the most stressful experiences, and ours certainly had its fair share of challenges. Throughout it all, Elaine and the team at Hubbard Torlot were absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Communication was excellent, we were kept fully informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly and honestly. What really stood out was their persistence and calm approach when things became complicated. They went above and beyond to keep the sale moving forward, often stepping in to resolve issues before they had a chance to escalate. A special mention must go to our Sales Progressor, Mitchell, who was particularly supportive throughout. His reassurance, responsiveness, and determination made a real difference during the more difficult moments, and we always felt he genuinely had our best interests at heart. Their knowledge of the market and the process gave us real confidence, but just as importantly, they showed genuine care and understanding during what was, at times, a very trying situation. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, we successfully completed our sale, and we’re incredibly grateful. We had the task of selling our sister's house following her sad passing, last year. Hubbard and Torlot helped us so much, especially as we were out of the country. They took charge of the whole sale, without us having to return to the UK at all during the process. They facilitated all the personnel who needed access, they read the meters and forwarded results to us. They organised the final house clearance, and stayed in contact with our solicitors, throughout. Their house valuation proved to be excellent and fair, at the same time. Elaine Torlot, was warm, sensible and totally professional, as were all the team. A very daunting task was made straightforward for us, and we would like to thank Elaine and all the team, very much for their expertise and caring help. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ian Hubbard in the selsdon office, I approached them at the beginning of may 25 after my previous sale fell through with another estate agent after 4 months. Our property was back on the market within 24 hours and had the first viewing the same day, in the space of 14 days I had 10 viewings and 4 offers of which Ian Picked the buyer in the best position to proceed with the purchase. Also a special mention to Amy for her professional approach and dedication with our viewings. Once the sale was agreed the communication from Ian and his team was superb, our sale was complete and we moved to east Sussex at the end of June. 8 weeks in total from start to finish. I am often out of the country, so they conducted all visits and even came over to check my house whilst I was away. Not only did they sell my house, they gave me an honest and acceptable valuation unlike local agents who undervalued my property massively. We found that Hubbard Torlot provided a rare balance of business professionalism with a very personal and friendly approach. In our experience Ian and the team really understood that selling a family home can sometimes be an emotionally complex experience.
