GoogleVery helpful when called upon along the whole sale process and very good communication throughout too. For being first time buyers they were brilliant throughout with helping us if we have any issues or concerns too. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and thank you once again to all the staff.

When Elaine Torlot Came round to my home to do a valuation I knew I had made the right decision in chosing Hubbard Torlot .Naturally friendly and warm , her obvious expertise was reassuring . GoogleOverall was happy with the service we received from Hubbard and Torlot. We found that we had to do a lot of chasing ourselves and communication on their part could be improved. Simon was extremely professional when valuing our property, Ian dealt with the sales progression and ensured our sale went through quickly to meet our deadline. The only negative comment we have was about Gill, we found her extremely condescending, always giving us excuses instead of solutions. We feel she would benefit from some customer service training. Would still recommend.

Gill has excellent reviews generally and so i am sorry you felt that her approach was condescending. It is always difficult trying to resolve issues and sometimes when reliant on 3rd party information frustrating that more information cannot be provided. GoogleThese guys were recommended to me and I have to say I would also strongly recommend them. They’re a smaller business with a clear focus on the local area, communicating well across the team and are accessible and responsive. They’re honest and open on pricing and were quick to respond when my first buyer pulled out. The guys work as a team to resolve any queries, support you through the process and manage your buyer so that if someone is out, you’re not left waiting and things aren’t held up. A real outlier of an agency in the Croydon real estate landscape and thankfully no cocky types to have to deal with (relief!)!!!

GoogleThe process of selling my Mother’s house was made much easier due to the professional handling of Hubbard Turlot Estate agents. From the start, they produced a very appealing brochure advertising the property, which then attracted a good number of prospective buyers. They showed the buyers around the property and handled all the enquiries. We were lucky to obtain a relatively quick response and had several offers. We accepted an offer following their recommendation and have completed the sale in 4 months. I would not hesitate in recommending Hubbard Turlot.

GoogleI'll be straight , I detest Estate Agents , correction , I did ! Ian , director of the agency treated our sale like it was his own. Honest , professional , kind and utterly genuine from start to finish. Supported by Lucy in this instance , both went above and beyond. Please Do not hesitate to engage with them for the sale of your property. Available night and day , they may not appreciate me stating so , you could never ask too much . Communication is so key , and they never failed in this. They managed a 4 person chain in under 17 weeks for completion (they took on the whole chain ). Thankyou thankyou thankyou for making what was a tough process at times almost seamless. True pro's!

GoogleI am writing this review 2 yrs later. Ian and his team did not try and extrapolate maximum value on selling the property and I believe were more concerned about the easy sell. Didn't have the presence of mind to advertise as offers in excess when my guideline was a minimum number and seemed to be working to push one individual's offer when we had more than one offer at asking price. Clearly the house was sold too cheap whereas other agents in the area are working hard to get the seller the best price possible. They were also quite lax in getting responses out to the agent of my purchase.

GoogleOver 2022, I contacted them to arrange viewings for a handful of properties in the local area. I enquired about doing viewings and they said they'll let me know. But they never contacted me back, and then when I chase a few days later; the properties already had viewings. When this happened 3 times in 2 weeks, I decided to give up trying. I know the market moves quick in the M25, but if they gave me a call; I could have easily attended the viewings at any time. There was often a bit of pompousness to their tone, which me wonder if my estuary accent was putting me lower on their agenda. They also don't update their portals, so their properties still appear as available for days after STC, wasting your time enquiring about such properties.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend (used them for a sale of house and had a few issues) we did use park and Bailey for purchase and found them far more commutative and would highly recommend if looking for an agent.
