GoogleKelly and Karen was great in fact they was to good as they sold our house in under 1 day. We never felt rushed or under any pressure when viewing property. And both was very contactable and very easy to deal with. If you are selling or buying in towcester these are the ladies and gents to come to

GoogleDealt with Karen at the Towcester office. She was incredibly rude, obnoxious and gave a very poor service. We presented an offer on one of their properties, we heard nothing from her for over a week!! Chased her 3 times and eventually reached her, explained our frustrations and she was very belittling. We didn't mind if our offer wasn't accepted but at least come back to us with an update / chance to counter offer?! She was incredibly rude, speaking over me, didn't listen to anything we told her. Had to repeat our 'current situation' at least 5 times !! Would not recommend using this agency, would not trust Karen to sell your property, she lacked negotiation skills and interest ! Overall, poor communication and rude conduct.

We will of course address this at our end in a bid to improve our standards and service. As with all property negotiations we are acting in the best interests of our client, who was the vendor. Unfortunately, we did not reach a point of acceptance from our client with your offer, which we understand would be incredibly disappointing news. We sincerely hope that you have since found your future home.
