GoogleWe recently purchased our first house with Howkins & Harrisons Towcester branch. We dealt with Martin and Julian and the experience from viewing to completion was brilliant. They made us feel comfortable at all the viewings (even more so when viewing restrictions had to be in place due to covid) and answered any questions (no matter how silly!) we had when going through the process. They were available any time and nothing was too much effort from them, right from the offset. I couldn't fault the team one bit and I can only imagine how stressful the last few months have been for estate agents, however their standards remained exceptional throughout. Initially everything ran smoothly until a week before the end of the Stamp Duty deadline when an unexpected issue put the whole chain in jeopardy but H&H Towcester and especially Karen pulled out all the stops to push the deal through and keep all parties happy ! As a landlord for many years I deal with many agents when selling and buying property and I can honestly say that my recent experience with H & H has been one of the most stress free and enjoyable one ever. The team there are fantastic and very professional and they never dropped the ball once. In a market which has been crazy over the last year they must be rushed off their feet but they still managed to make the transaction smooth and trouble free. I particularly liked their proactive approach and special mention must go to Julian who was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again soon.

From the onset H&H have been really helpful from the initial viewings to the support in buying and up to the exchange of contract and completion. They have worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale has gone through as smoothly as possible and taken the pressure off by helping with contacting the solicitors and other 3rd parties with .
