Excellent team work from my managing agent

Howkins and Harrison are my managing agent. The tenant vacated, and we reviewed the property and planned a refurb, including new cooker. They had their trades people and contacts. We worked together, agreeing prices etc. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. On the first week after completion they had found a new tenant, paying an increased rent. Excellent work. Thanks go to Mark, Javed and Evie.

Sale of my house

Can’t thank everyone enough regarding the sale of my house. It has been an absolute nightmare regarding exchanging contracts. It happened today and I’m so happy 😀. Julian and Chris have both been amazing, with excellent communication. They couldn’t have done enough for me. Thank you so much we did it!!!

Excellent service. I was made aware at every stage of the sale. The staff were very helpful. In particular Holly one of the staff at the Towcester branch provided me with weekly updates and her manner was very professional throughout.

We've currently got a property on the market with H&H Towcester and I would just like to say how professional they have been throughout the whole process from the initial valuation, viewings and sale (which unfortunately fell through). Karen has been very helpful with her advice as well very responsive with any queries that I have had during the sale process.
