TrustpilotEarly release from tenancy - Atherstone
Based on the assistance from Lisa at Atherstone having had to leave the property before the end of the original 12 month tenancy from circumstances beyond my control. Her support was gratefully received and my security deposit was returned within 48 hours of leaving. A stressful situation made easier - thank you.
Thank you Tracey!

TrustpilotBrilliant Job Thanks
It was time to downsize. We decided on Howkins and Harrison after reading previous reviews. We were not disappointed. They have restored my faith in Estate Agents. The move was a lengthy affair and they were available at all the times keeping us informed of all aspects of the sale process both good and bad. The whole team were very positive and helpful. Thanks to David Jamie and Sally. Great Job.
Thank you so much for this kind review!

TrustpilotA 5 star service.
We have just completed the sale of a relative’s house.Having used the Ashby team a few years ago very successfully, they were our first choice for this sale.Jackie,Andrew and Matthew were all involved with this fairly difficult sale and they all operated superbly .We had many viewings, all planned for our benefit and we were given the most professional advice and guidance.Regular updates were a key feature of the team’s modus operandi. All in all,a brilliant job was carried out and I cannot praise and thank the team at Howkins enough.Best wishes to you all.Sue and Chris Pegg.
Thank you so much for this very positive review!

TrustpilotProfessional and Good Service
Madeleine and Linda have been great - they have displayed a good understanding of the housing market, they have kept me informed of progress, given good advice about the sale of the house, been very supportive and have been knowledgeable and enthusiastic in showing people around the house. I highly recommend them and Howkins & Harrison.
Thank you so much!

The service from the staff at the Daventry branch was nothing short of exemplary.During my 7 years as a tenant with them, they have always been courteous, helpful, professional, never intrusive and forever respectful.I would not hesitate to recommend them and it is with sadness that circumstances have dictated I will now no longer be dealing with them professionally.
Thank you very much for this lovely review!

Linda was truly amazing from start to finish, with booking the viewing to showing myself and my husband around the property which is now going to be our next home and new chapter in our lives.Linda was incredibly helpful, knowledgable yet more so very friendly. We have viewed a few properties so was a breathe of fresh air to view with someone who understood the property in which they were acting on behalf of the vendors in accompanying the sale 😊 Following the viewing the team have been incredibly proactive and responsive to calls and emails. Thanks to all
Thank you so much!

TrustpilotDiligent, firendly and helpful.
The staff at Lutterworth Branch in particular Ali & Beth, they were diligent, friendly and helpful all the way through the sale. Where necessary they were proactive with others involved to ensure things kept moving. Phone calls were taken and calls returned as promised and they took time to understand factors unfamiliar to them in that I was buying in Scotland where procedures are different.
Thank you Margaret!

For a year and a half I rented an apartment from the Howkins & Harrison Agency and my Landlord was Farad Farahi. First of all, I would like to thank this agency, especially Javed Rahman for his help in everything. Both in the quick processing of documents, and later, in solving various household issues. Everything was done quickly, no need to ask. Also, thank you very much for returning your deposit promptly and in full. Many thanks also to my former Landlord Farad for his help with everything. I recommend this agency 100% to everyone, both friends and colleagues, because REAL PROFESSIONALS work here!
Thank you very much!

TrustpilotExcellent Service
We have just sold our house with Howkins & Harrison and could not fault their professional approach to all the aspects of the selling procedure. We received a realistic valuation, and the photography was excellent, which looked great online. We obtained numerous viewings and offers due to this great marketing by Howkins & Harrison.Albeit the first sale fell through, we received continued excellent assistance from all the team and we really felt that they cared about selling your property for you. Hence, we felt that a first-class service was provided from beginning to the final conclusion.A very polite and friendly Company, and the epitome of good old fashioned customer service, which is a very rare commodity. Our special thanks go. to David, Jamie, and Sally.
Thank you so much for this kind review!

Possibly the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Nobody in the office for lettings. Left several messages/emails No response. When I finally got to talk to someone they told me I can't view the property because it's fully booked now. Absolutely useless.
Hello Natalie, we are really sorry to hear this. Can you please let us know which office you are referring to so we can investigate this further as this is not to our usual standards. We always try to go back to everyone who has submitted an enquiry. Many thanks
