GoogleI can't recommend Horton and Garton more highly, especially as I am currently an overseas landlord. They provide a great level of service, have entrenched local knowledge, are always incredibly professional and are a pleasure to work with. And their rates are much more favourable than the more well-known estate agents, which always helps!

A fairly smooth process, where Phil Coombes was really helpful and accommodating in ensuring I had all the information necessary, prior to exchange. I visited the property several times before exchange in order to obtain quotes, and Phil went above and beyond to ensure this happened. Very pleased with the service.

Phil has a growing fan club of admirers and he is, without doubt, one of a very few select estate agents working today in west London who are at the top of his/her profession! Your purchase is what I would call " text book estate agency " which meant working with ' willing and able' buyer - seller and respective solicitors and also the estate agent and not forgetting the mortgage broker. One of the speediest transactions of the year; proving the point a sale can be agreed and completed within a 4 week period with everyone working together!! I have always received prompt service from them and they have always helped me over and above the standard requirements. I would particularly recommend Ashley, who sold me the house and who has assisted me since then in many ways, although all the team are very helpful.

GoogleIt's been a pleasure dealing with Horton and Garton. Throughout the whole process I felt I had a team working to get my flat rented. They were honest when they felt unsure about potential tenants, answered all my questions with speed, facts and truths and contacted me regularly by email and phone. Now rented and managed by myself they still continue to be available to my every whim. If anything I was the one that was difficult to reach, not them!! Highly recommend.

GoogleAn honest establishment with conscientious staff. Horton and Garton was one of the last estate agents we visited in our house hunt, but was the only one that was willing to talk about their offer in relation to other agents' without holding back. In a way, they were the only agent in our experience that did not think for us, but gave us enough information and allowed us to make our own decisions. Aggie (Agatha Tukendorf) helped us through the entire process and was very responsive to our queries.

He has done his best in order to facilitate as much as possible the purchase of the property and contacted whoever was necessary to clarify our doubts.
