GoogleI have recently completed a purchase of my first property, Phil Combes was the agent with whom I dealt with and I just wanted to drop you a note to say how helpful and knowledgeable he was. With my parents being guarantors on the property, he fully included them and was available at any time for them which was very helpful as they are not from London so had to travel.
He was incredibly professional yet personable. He has an incredible knowledge of the area and even took myself and my parents on two separate occasions around the area to point out all the local restaurants and pubs in the Brackenbury village area, as well as, providing interesting facts such as 'the original Thomas Cook' and 'London's narrowest house'. He also had a very good knowledge in property which enabled me to make my decision to purchase the flat, as a first time buyer I appreciated the knowledge he had on other prices sold in the area and how flat compared with others nearby.
I am loving living in the property purchased from Horton and Garton and will keep in touch regarding any future rentals and sales.

Chris was and still is a tenant of a Horton and Garton and had a complaint with HG Management Dept over a maintenance issue with regards to the washing machine at his rented property.
