You were called by Jenn Irvine before 16:58pm on 11th September *2019 and also emailed details regarding the service charge and sent a WhatsApp. We were awaiting confirmed lease details from our client and you were sent a page of the leasehold document at 9:18am on 12th September *2019 confirming the lease length. I, Paul Cooney made the mistake in sending you a WhatsApp message with my contact details at 22:19pm on 11th September *2019. For that, I sincerely apologise. This was done in the hope of getting you out to view Adelphi Court, Park Road North, W4 with me. You replied with: You do know I never opted in to recieving your marketing messages?? But as a business you shouldn't be doing this at all. It's not a GDPR compliant process. Passing numbers around systems is not cool. You are of course right with the above feedback and I have jumped the gun for which again, I sincerely apologise. Your details remained our on database for property alerts and I again, sincerely apologise for that. I have removed your details this morning 9:08am 26th July *2020.
