Hi Julia, it is of course disappointing to read your review, we would have been better able to assist and overcome your first impressions if I was aware of the matter during your tenancy. There were unexpected delays to the commencement of the tenancy on safety grounds that we would never overlook, tenants safety and wellbeing is priority. We do not manage the property and the works were of the landlords remit and we have never been made aware of any mould issues. Luke is no longer working with the business however having reviewed your property file I have determined that my colleagues went above and beyond to move you in as quickly as possible whilst adhering to the necessary regulations including the need for cleared funds.
