Every listing they have feels like a scam. They list the apartments in a cheaper price as a bait for people to call then they say it’s not available then they offer a higher priced ones, they put lounges pictures as if they are part of the apartments, they trick you with a low price by saying there is a one month free…etc. honestly the property market is already not great, and they are making it worse by their cheap marketing and lies. When I see any of their listing, i consider it’s an Ad, and I pass.

The viewing was scheduled for 9.00am, after they change it twice, and even though Sulaman arrived late, which already set a poor tone for the rest of the experience. To make matters worse, he scheduled multiple viewings at the same time, expecting us to waste our time going between properties. This was not communicated to us in the email beforehand, and we felt pressured and frustrated by the lack of planning. When I expressed my unhappiness with the situation, Sulaman told me that we could leave if we were not happy with the arrangement. This was not only dismissive but also rude and unhelpful. To add insult to injury, Sulaman wanted to show us an unfinished building, which is not something we are interested in. I expect a higher level of service from your agency, and I am extremely disappointed that Sulaman's behavior fell so short of what we expect. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take action to address the issues. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take steps to ensure that your agents provide better service in the future.

Marc is an absolute star, he was extremely attentive to all my questions and showing me around the place, very professional. We have not signed contracts (yet) but overall they seem like a smart agency with collaborative staff
