GoogleWe booked a viewing twice, and on both occasions we were told that the flat we’d come to view couldn’t be shown to us. They suggested a more expensive option in a different building; we wasted a lot of time, so I wouldn’t recommend them.

Properties can move incredibly quickly, meaning availability can sometimes change at short notice, but we appreciate that this doesn’t make the time you spent travelling to the viewings any less frustrating. GoogleBooked for two property viewings on a Saturday. Both appointments were rescheduled to four hours before the appointment should have been on Friday afternoon at 3pm Only being made aware through a text. Tried to call the office over 10 times to no answer on both the Friday and the Saturday. Checked on right move to see that one of the properties which I had booked had been taken off the market anyway. On the Saturday morning had both estate agents ring me asking where I was. After telling the estate agent that the property was off the market anyway, their response was “oh fair enough” Although not their fault, the company as a whole is extremely unprofessional and rude. Clearly taking advantage of an oversaturated and sought after property market. Whole thing eventually became a running joke with friends.

GoogleThis was such an amazing and seamless experience. The units and amenities in the buildings that I viewed with home made are exceptional, and on top of that their estate agents were brilliant to work with. Darrien and Gisele especially were extremely responsive, patient and helpful. After putting in my offer I received a call to follow up and accept minutes later! Couldn’t recommend them more!

GoogleWent for a viewing for a property available in September at £1180 per month. Keep in mind I waited 3 hours following a long day of work only to be told that the earliest available property was on the 7th of October at £1350... No transparency and a complete waste of my time.

Both agents, Raquel and Piraveen, were flexible (I got the dates/times mixed up!) and showed me different options after listening to my preferences. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and made me feel welcome in the city.
