Every six months Holroyds charge their landlords, and their tenants, £60 each. £120 into their pockets for printing out a piece of paper. Absolutely disgusting.

Most rental agents do charge for the organisation of renewing a tenancy and the work the is involved. is highlighted at the start of each tenancy and is transparent on our website for tenants and landlords to see. I would recommend this agent above any others I have had dealings with. Friendly, professional service. with good communication throughout. Nice touch on completion, bottle of fizz and nice momento, for us a chopping board with our new address on it!! I like to think it was because, every time they rang, I was cooking!!!!!!!! Throughout our dealings with Chris and his team @ Holroyds we have always been dealt with in a friendly and very professional manner. We were kept informed throughout the sale and advised on a regular basis regarding how the marketing of the property was progressing. We were informed post viewings with an open and honest review of the visit and always delivered a verbal report of the likelihood of a sale. Though we didn't require additional work I feel confident that we would have been informed. Therefore throughout the sale we always felt that Holroyds had our best interests. I would therefore recommend in the future

From the moment of stepping through the door to the final countdown of handing in the keys we have had great correspondence and helpfulness.. The easiness of putting the property on the market through the internet and knowing what customers are out there to finding the right buyer has exceed all my expectations and because there has been no chain has made the experience less stressful.. Chris, Julie and Ben have been very helpful and kept us informed with all the stages of selling the property from advising solicitors to arranging second looks and for allowing surveyors entry. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holroyds Estate agents to those who are looking to sell their homes or even buying a new one. Chris and his team provide a friendly and professional service. Their brochures are outstanding quality and the attention to detail is remarkable also.
