GoogleVery simple and straight forward process. Takes away the will it won't it happen scenario. The current procedure via estate agents is archaic and needs a total reform. The auction process finds the time wasters and focuses on the serious buyers. Yes you may get more if you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait for the traditional methods to work but quite frankly I have better things to do in life!! GoogleWe really could not speak more highly of Hollis Morgan and the team including Mike Hayne, Lucinda & Corine. We recently sold a property through them and also separately bought another one at auction with them. Both transactions were straight forward with excellent communication and professionalism. They obviously work very closely together as a team as every time I phoned the office they all seemed to have an understanding of the transaction which is very reassuring. 10/10 and would def use their services again. We will actually miss them now we have completed on both sale and purchase.

GoogleWhen we sold a plot from our garden, Hollis Morgan supported us with what level of planning we would need, the impact on the value of our house, and what we needed to do before the auction. Olly is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and his confidence was very reassuring. Sarah and Nick provided really prompt and professional support throughout the process, and we always felt that everything was under control. We were concerned when the auction had to switch online due to covid restrictions, but we need not have worried. They kept us informed on people registering to bid, everything went very smoothly on the day and our property went for a really good price. Very happy that we used them.
