GoogleI had a Terrible Experience with Holden Copley Hucknell. They always backing up the seller because they get commission at the of the completion. My mortgage was approved in September 2024. But Holden Copley staff Members and Ms Helen Watts dragged me in December 2024 to get the keys just before Christmas. Firstly property was listed wrong by Holden Copley Hucknell. They listed as a no chain property, but actually it was a Chain property means when seller get the place to move in then he would Leave the House. Sethi Property was a Seller and a Holden Copley Both wasted my 3 months and gave me and my family a lot stress. Overall, I found the communication inconsistent and unreliable, with basic errors that caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend Holden Copley based on my experience.

At the time of marketing and when your offer was accepted, the vendor advised us that there would be no onward chain. Unfortunately, this later changed during the transaction, which we fully appreciate was frustrating. As an agent, we cannot control a seller’s decision to link their sale to another purchase, but we do understand how disruptive this can be for buyers. Looking through the timeline, we can see there were numerous calls and emails sent to keep you updated throughout. Regarding your comment that Helen Watts “dragged” you in just before Christmas: you were contacted on 13 December to confirm that you had completed and could collect your keys that day. While some aspects were beyond our control, we are sorry that the overall experience fell short of your expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will review how we can better manage communication in situations like this. Most importantly, we hope you’re now settling in and enjoying your new home, and we wish you all the very best for the future.

GoogleHaving never heard of Holden Copley before purchasing a property from them, They have been nothing less than outstanding in every element. Ilsadin their sales negotiatior is a TRUE ASSET to Holden Copley, he has been consistent with communication and has gone above and beyond to ensure a very smooth sale from the viewing to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends when selling their property or to purchase one from them and would definitely use Holden Copley again in the future. They also have more than one estate agents within Nottingham which could be closer to your location without having to go to far a field. I will always recommend Holden Copley and IIsadin in a heart beat for my number one Estate Agents.

Tom, you’re great at what you do, it made such a difference being able to have a laugh within the sales process which can feel robotic if not done well. Jasmine my sales progresser was nothing short of fantastic! She went above and beyond when she got her hands on my client file. Jasmine is both informed but can also have a laugh which again, makes such a difference. I’m in sales myself and this really does make a sales process go from good to great. GoogleBeing a first time buyer is an incredibly intimidating and scary thing when you’re unfamiliar with the housing process, but it was much more seamless with Holden Copley. Today we completed on our first home, and all our compliments go to Jasmine from the sales team for keeping us informed (and sane) throughout the process from beginning to end especially when we ran into a few obstacles with the sale!

From the outset they were very clear on how they could help and set out what success would look like for us. From the moment the house went live we quickly gained some traction and interest which gave us confidence in their abilities to get us the right sale. From the start we have had some really good dialogue and communication with the Holden Copley staff who have kept us well updated and did what they said they would. It was so pleasing for us that they managed to sell our house within a week.
