GoogleInstructed Holden Copley as they seemed to have more sold signs than anyone else in the area. Matt Copley came and inspected our property. He was very professional and explained the process, the fees and the valuation openly. From then on all the negotiators we spoke to were professional too and we never had to repeat ourselves as they obviously have a system which keeps good central records. Special mention should go to Christie who was our main contact but all were good. A sale was agreed after about 2 months. Since then we have mainly dealt with Sheryl who has progressed the sale process on our behalf. At every stage we have been kept informed. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

GoogleWe had been renting in the North West for quite some time due to being unable to sell my Partners property for quite some time. The tenant we had gave notice and we were potentially in a predicament of paying a mortgage and rent on 2 properties concurrently. Matt Copley not only secured a short term tenant for us in super quick time (within a week) but he also secured the sale of the property incredibly quickly during the tenancy. I couldn't recommend Holden Copley enough , they were incredibly efficient and exceptionally good at negotiating on our behalf. I would not hesitate to instruct them again. Lorna

GoogleI have had dealings with Holden Copley on three occasions. I have found them to be efficient and courteous at all times. They provided me with regular updates on progress and were willing to go the extra mile in expediting a satisfactory completion. I have dealt with both Steve Holden and Matt Copley and found them to be capable and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleA truly wonderful experience. I am singing Holden Copley's praises to everyone. I found myself in a "nightmare" chain. Sheryl was fabulous. I'm sure without her dedication and persistence I would still not be in my new home. Communication from everyone I had contact with was excellent. My calls were promptly returned, I was kept up to date on sale progress and even when progress got stuck further down the chain I was kept well informed so my anxieties were kept to a minimum. I would definitely use Holden Copley again and in an industry of mediocre estate agents they are in a league of their own!

GoogleFirstly I would like to start by saying how professional Holden Copley have been throughout our sale. Right from the valuation all the way through to viewings, offers and then to exchanging contracts. I have been regularly updated on progress after viewings, I know who exactly has viewed the property (as I did not do these, Holden Copley did) and every time I have spoken to someone at Holden Copley they are always polite and professional and most important knowledgeable about my property. A particularly big thank you to Sheryl who did an amazing job getting the sale progressed quickly and working so hard to achieve this. We considered using an internet based company to save money but decided against this and I am so glad we did! I would recommend Holden Copley to anyone wanting a professional and friendly service.

GoogleI have used Holden Copley twice now once to purchase a house and second time to rent a property. The first time I dealt with Kris who was really good and kept in regular contact with me until completion. The second time I dealt with Kimberley who was brilliant. She kept me informed of viewing bookings and feedback by email. The house was listed on Thursday and let agreed on Tuesday. Very fast and further more they kept chasing me for my bank details to pay me. Great overall service and I would certainly be letting all my properties through HC.

GoogleI was very impressed with Holden Copley. Every member of staff I had contact with during a 7 month process was wonderful. They were super friendly and helpful from valuation through to completion. We sold AND bought through Holden Copley and this proved useful in negotiations. All the staff are highly professional and motivated. Sheryl in particular held my hand through a long and drawn out process and was always cheerful even when I was stressed. There were times when my partner and I felt like giving up due to what seemed to be endless obstacles put in the way by solicitors. We had never bought a Leasehold property before and hadn't understood all the implications but Sheryl was very supportive in helping us to understand and consider these. She was truly amazing in her relentless pursuit of all the solicitors and other parties involved to enable the exchange and completion on our sale and purchase.I am glad we stuck it out as we have ended up in a lovely apartment that we really love. I really would recommend Holden Copley thoroughly. They are competitively priced and provide an excellent and personal service. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a really good estate agent. Sheryl I hope they give you a BIG Christmas bonus. You deserve it!!! :)

GoogleI went for a viewing from Holdon Copley the other day after a couple of various other viewings. After previous experiences of viewings I was expecting a good quality 1-2-1 tour of the house and an 'any questions' section towards the end. It couldn't have been more different. I approached the property and saw the car of the estate agent already there. I thought oh this is great, they are nice and early and well prepared. As we approached the property I saw that the door was open and saw people inside, assuming that they were the current tenants. But as I approached closer to the door it became clear that they were viewing also. Alongside more other groups of people in the house also viewing (it wasn't even staggered times, it was a free for all by the looks of it). It wasn't even the estate agent that welcomed us in... it was in fact the other people viewing the house that said 'oh just come in and walk around its fine'. To my disbelief we had a walk around and were finally approached by the agent saying we could ask him any questions if need be but we were free to walk around alone (never mind asking who we were). I know this is a very personal experience and view on the matter but I don't believe that this was a very good viewing experience at all - especially with past viewings with other agents being friendly, 1-2-1 and fully explained tours of the house. Not a rat race around the property with your potential competition of getting the house. I understand this will be a potential selling technique (first come first serve kind of thing) and it was probably to save time and money... however for myself this technique didn't go down particularly well.

They were friendly, efficient and fair throughout this process and kept me informed every step of the way. Lauren De'ath made a stressful time much easier.
