GoogleHoldenCopley where great throughout the sale of my house, keeping me updated and getting things done quickly. When I put my house on the market I never thought it would be sold so quickly and I'd be moving into my new house all within 3 months!

GoogleI cannot recommend Holden&copley enough, the staff are like a little family always helpful and always make you feel number one at all times. If we ever need any help or have any questions they will do their upmost to get us what we need in the quickest time possible. You will not be disappointed.

GoogleThe staff are incredibly supportive. Kimberley has helped us for 6 months to find a place perfect for us. We've had support through the whole process. You never feel as though your bothering them with questions etc. They also don't leave you waiting for a reply for weeks on end. Really flexible and work around you so well. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

GoogleI completely disagree with the ratings. They are very unprofessional and very arrogant people to deal with. I had viewings of two properties with them. They hardly spend any time for you to show around the property as if they really don't care whether you want it or not. They are very arrogant people to talk on phone especially the lettings negotiator and the weirdest part is when I showed interest in the property, they said they have to get permission from the landlord. and they never called back. I think since they deal with so many properties, their attitude towards people is highly negligible and inappropriate. I certainly won't recommended these letting agents to anyone.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of everyone who works here, from my initial meeting with Thomas, to the sale within a week of signing up, despite being on the market with another agent for 5 months!! They kept in touch with a weekly progress call and worked really hard all the way through to completion, amazing company, 5 stars all the way

GoogleThis is the 11th estate agent I have used over many years and HoldenCopley are the best by miles. Staff are friendly, well-informed,attentive and highly efficient. They keep you up to date on every development,how ever small and nothing is too much trouble for them. Estate agents, generally, have a bad press. HC have proved that not all of them are the same. If I had to chose one word to describe the service they give, it is BRILLIANT.

GoogleDodge estate agents,, they can turn over their own decision?? they will say your offer is accepted and then they will ring you sorry property is sold to someone else unless you want to give your best offer, and after best offer they will ring you and tell you sorry the vendor is willing to sell other party, this has happened twice with me on the same property. Cannot trust them now.

GoogleI feel that the team at Holden Copley, particulary the sales progresssion team, have worked really hard to ensure that things kept moving and that I was kept up to date, during the sale of my late mother's house. Particular thanks to Sheryl. I would certainly use Holden Copley again, they were professional and communication was much better than previous estate agents I have used. Prices are fixed and fair. GoogleHoldenCopley are by far the leaders in this area (Nottinghamshire). I tried to sell my house for over a year and HoldenCopley sold it within a few months. I'm just using them for a second time and my house sold within a few days. Their office staff are so efficient and always ahead of the game, I've relied on them throughout the whole process of selling my house when solicitors have failed to call back. They get results and they communicate with each other effectively so they all seem to know who I am and quickly put me through to the right person depending on where I am in the process. Can't fault them. I would highly recommend them if you want a smooth sale, it takes some of the stress of moving away.

GoogleWe were first time buyers and can't fault Holden Copley for the fine service they provided throughout the purchase of our new home. HC seemed on the ball with whatever communication we had with them. They kept us in the loop with whatever updates occurred in relation to our vendors, often we heard from HC before our solicitors! The staff at HC were always friendly, enthusiastic and eager to help and we would heartily recommend using their services.
