They have communicated with us at all times and have gone above and beyond my expectations. They definitely took all the stress out of selling our house. GoogleThis was the first time I bought a property so I didn't really know what to expect. The staff at Holden Copley were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction all the way. They gave me a selection of solicitors I could use and put me in touch with a mortgage advisor, which took a lot of hassle out of proceedings and helped clarify my situation. Overall the process was very smooth and didn't take too long so I'm pleased with how it worked out.

GoogleThank you Holden and Copley for selling our house if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were very professional and always kept us informed of the progress of our sale and purchase. They put the other estate agents to shame. Buying a house can be very stressful but Holden and Copley made it so much easier. If we ever decide to move again I will 100% be using them. Dawn the mortgage advisor was fantastic, Emma who was constantly chasing the other estate agents brilliant and Massers the solicitors great. I just want to say a big thank you to the whole team. If you are reading this review and deciding which estate agents to use then use Holden and Copley you will not be disappointed. Craig

I found the staff at Holden Copley Arnold branch brilliant, they are very friendly and will do whatever they can to help and make the process easier. 100% recommend Holden Copley.

GoogleWe completed the sale of our property through Holden Copley last week and I was really impressed with the service we received throughout. The service we received when having the property valued and photograph was excellent. Sheryl completed the sale and she was an absolute star, so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Holden Copley they not only provide the highest quality of service but they are excellent value for money.

GoogleI have just completed a purchase of a property on the market with HoldenCopley, and I couldn't have been more happy with the process and service they have provided. From the moment we first talked, to the first viewing and everything beyond - it has been stellar. In particular Emma and Lewis who have just gone above and beyond what I expected during the process. Lewis consistently was friendly, polite and helpful during viewing and Emma has always been on hand and available if I had any questions about anything - even taking it upon herself to pursue things with solicitors on my behalf. A fabulous team of people all round. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

GoogleRecently put my property on the market with HoldenCopley ... Great service so far; super friendly staff who really can’t do enough for you, and keep you informed throughout the entire process. From photographer to sale negotiations, everything has been done with professionalism. Sale yet to be finalised, but based on my experience to date, I would certainly use again.
