GoogleVery happy in the end with Holden and Copley. Although it got off to a slow and frustrating start, it soon started to move forward. Always someone at the end of the phone and always happy to help when you go into the office. Made it as quick and easy as they could and it’s much appreciated. The only negative I think would help is more contact with us, to save us guessing and having to chase things up all the time. Overall a success

GoogleCannot recommend Sheryl, Emma and the team enough. We've had what has felt like a string of bad luck with a very dodgy solicitor lower down in our chain and they have gone well above the call of duty to help, putting in hours of work to get us over the line. They're amazing. And I am a tough critic! These are a compassionate and caring bunch of people who put their heart and soul into their jobs, and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat. The things they've done for us I actually think we should be paying them more (yes, I said that!). Thank you SO much team. To anyone thinking about using Holden Copley, go for it!!!

GoogleWe were very pleased with the way holden copley handled our purchase of our first home, They kept us up to date through every step of the process both via email and phoneand made sure we knew what was happening throughout the whole chain as it happened. Would definatly recommend as they were polite and willing to help and answer any questions we had at any time.

GoogleDespite a lengthy and complex sale process (largely the fault of the Buyer's solicitors), HC staff have been very supportive, professional and proactive throughout. Our only disappointment is that their initial estimate of the likely sale price proved somewhat optimistic, but we would certainly use them again.

GoogleWe were in the unique position of buying and selling through Holden Copley, although the initial valuation of our property was maybe a bit too ambitious our resulting sale and purchase ran smoothly with constant updates from the hard working and always informative Emma and Sheryl.

GoogleFrom our first contact with Tom and Georgia, to our last with Emma and Sheryl - not forgetting Kirsty and Laura - we had first class service. Emma and Sheryl almost bent backwards to assist us through our exchange when it became slightly complicated. They talked us through what was happening, what would/Could happen next and were constantly in touch reassuring us at every stage. Our house was sold within 4 days of being marketed. Fabulous company Fabulous service.

GoogleHolden Copley have been an absolute delight to work with. From the moment I enquired about putting my house on the market with them they couldn’t have been more attentive. From marketing and selling my property, to finding me my dream home, they couldn’t have done better. Throughout the process I dealt with a number of other estate agents and none came close to what I received from them. I dealt with a number of people at HC, a few key people along the way, all who were so friendly and attentive who had my info at hand in an instant, none of this ‘I’ll get your file and look into it’ Excellent service from start to finish, I’ve already recommended their services to friends of mine who are already using them, along with others who are contemplating a move. Without hesitation I would use them again (although I don’t want to move again anytime soon!) absolutely brilliant and well worth the fee. Service is second to none. Thank you all involved for assisting me through what can be a very stressful process! I would definitely recommend you use HC for your sale or purchase, wonderful people and fantastic service, thank you all 😊

GoogleWhat a superb team. I don't live nearby so didn't meet any of them however by phone and email everyone I came in contact with was brilliant. From start to finish I've been kept informed. Never have I been left wondering what's going on, someone has kept me completely up to date. I paid slightly, I mean just slightly, more than the original agent I had instructed but got so much more in return. I have nothing whatsoever to complain about. Thank you to everyone at Holden Copley :-)

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. The team went above and beyond. We can not recommend them enough. We used them for the purchase of our house and they informed us about every update throughout the process, even about the sale of our property before the estate agents we were selling with could update us. GoogleWe are in the very final stages of buying our first house through Holden Copley. Throughout the process we have been impressed by their levels of service and professionalism. With searching for properties they were one of the few agents in Nottingham who listened to our criteria, and actively marketed houses to us. The staff on viewings were knowledgeable and helpful. This was a welcome contrast to so many other agencies, who often seemed disinterested in actually selling the houses they were marketing. The sale process hasn't been the quickest in the world (nothing to do with Holden Copley), but they have been absolutely brilliant at keeping in contact with all parties and helping ensure the process kept on moving and didn't fall through. Unlike some other agencies there wasn't a hard sell to use other products (i.e. broker, solicitor) from them or partners (other agencies seemed more interested in selling ancillary services rather than houses). After this experience, when it comes to selling (which I hope isn't for a long time!), they will be our first port of call.

Whenever we called to speak to someone it did not matter who answered the phone they were always happy to help and able to access information about our case. GoogleI rang Holden Copley to view a house, with no intention of using them to sell mine as they were based in Arnold and I live in Wollaton. They asked me if I would like a valuation, I agreed as I thought I would compare my our local estate agent. Could not believe how much cheaper they were. Agent who came out was professional without being pushy. From the start of the process to the end, every member of staff I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Any issues were dealt with with professionalism. Sheryl was really good, especially towards exchange when it got tricky. I would recommend them and use them again. They really do give that extra care, that you don,t always get with an estate agent. Also, they actually return calls and listen to what you say. Use them they you wont regret it .
