GoogleBethan Zeidler provided us with a fantastic service in regard to the first steps of purchasing our first property so far in terms of negotiation with the vendor and was always there in terms of answering any queries that we have. GoogleI have made a successful offer for a property sold by Holden Copley, in West Bridgeford. The Team there have been excellent, and Lucy in particular did everything she could to help me and make the process as easy as possible. I could not have asked for more in terms of communication, rapid responses to my queries, accuracy of information, and a clear desire to help me secure the property in any way they can. A really great experience so far, and I imagine they would be great from a Seller's perspective as well. Just to close out this review now that I have completed and taken ownership of the property, I would like to add that the entire process from a Buyer's standpoint has been stress free. Right up to the day of Completion, Lianna in Sales Progression, kept me posted and did a fantastic job of interfacing between myself and the Sellers. Lianna was on top of everything, and really made things easy for me from small details like helping me form a list of questions for the Sellers that would help me once I moved in, to the bigger topic of when we would be ready to Complete. In closing I have no hesitation at all to give the entire Team at Holden Copley in West Bridgford the best review possible, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Well done !

GoogleWe've recently used Holden Copley West Bridgford to sell our house. Firstly we were blown away by the efficiency and support we received from the office staff, especially Maddie. Then, once the chain was complete, Melissa processed our sale. She was absolutely brilliant at both troubleshooting/keeping the chain moving but also keeping us reassured and informed, in what proved to be a difficult chain. Thank you so much!
