Well what can I say? We asked three estate agents to value the property. One didn’t bother to turn up . One was very good and then we had Jordan from Holden Copley. His manner was wonderful and accommodating and put my 91 year old mother at ease. He knew the market and surrounding properties and gave us the confidence that they would sell our property. They held an open day with over 16 people viewing the property. We had 6 offers made and the property was sold within less than two weeks. Talk about Outstanding Service. From start to finish all the members of the Holden Copley team kept us updated and in touch with everything that was happening, where the buyers were at with regards funds and solicitors. We had dealings with Helen, Liberty, and Sheryl who were always polite and responded to any queries we had adequately and to the best of their knowledge. We never felt we were being pursued or under any pressure from them. They are just one fantastic team and we can say that we were 100% pleased in choosing them to act on the sale of the property. We would highly recommend Holden Copley.

We were quite impressed it’s HC at the outset, a new(ish) company in Hucknall who obviously wanted to make an impression. Photos were well taken and we received an offer quickly. However this was as good as it got for us, with 2 unsuccessful attempts to even put up the for sale sign! Throughout the process there was a lack of urgency, with my requests for regular updates regularly rebuffed despite their assurances they would do so. 10 months later and we finally completed, more through each buyer communicating with each other as opposed to through HC. Even on the day of completion, they were unaware of my solicitor’s name and office. The office staff are nice and polite on the whole, but the company seems to have bitten off more than it could chew in trying to gain a foothold in the area. Too many properties to market to maintain interest when the going gets tough I’m afraid. Oh, and in the week after I finally moved house, I was still receiving emails re houses I may be interested in.

Cannot fault my experience with Holden Copley. I needed an extremely quick sale and within 6 days of contacting them, I’d had numerous viewings, several offers and it was done and dusted! The team members are friendly, professional and enthusiastic in their work. Every time i called (which was a lot), whoever I spoke to knew the exact details of my file. The quality of the photos and property details stood out a mile from those taken by other estate agents for other properties, something which I believe greatly helped attract more viewings.
