GoogleHolden coppley have been excellent from start to finish. From the advertising, managing viewings, mortgage advice and completion of our sale they have excelled in all areas. We would personally like to thank Matt, for all his hard work which has taken much of the pressure from ourselves. Highly recommended.

GoogleJust recently completed the sale of our property and have to say what a first class service Holden Copley have provided. Nothing was to much, they did all the chasing and kept us informed of each stage and what was required for the next. I can`t thank the team enough! GoogleDecent. When first searching for a house I was not happy with them, they did not call me back when I asked for a viewing and were not easy to contact. Once I did find somewhere I liked and met a very friendly guy on viewing I was pleased however. They did contact me regularly, replied to all my calls and emails helping on various topics. Despite the initial concern, Holden and Copley have been helpful.

GoogleWe have just recently sold a property with the Arnold Branch of Holden Copley and cannot thank them enough, from valuing the house, taking photographs and arranging the video for their website we thought they were first class. We were kept informed on a weekly basis how everything was progressing, we never had to worry about a thing and pleased to say it worked out well. Five stars to everyone in the office, you all deserve our thanks, we will certainly recommend you, and if ever the need arises to use you again we know who to call, thank you.

GoogleHaving struggled to sell our property with a well known estate agent, Holden Copley sold ours within a few weeks. We also purchased our new home through Holden Copley which was a really long, hard struggle through no fault of the agents, but we were kept well informed along the way with staff going well above and beyond to make sure we got there in the end. Cannot recommend Holden Copley enough!

Everything is done in an efficient and effective manner but with close attention being paid to delivering really good customer service. GoogleMy husband and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Holden Copely. There were knowledgable, polite, helpful and excellent communicators (always answering emails promptly, and I either got straight through on the phone, or they called me right back without delay). Even although I found the whole process of selling and buying very stressful, (and there were a few hiccups - not anything to do with Holden Copley), they were always positive, reassuring, and acted promptly and efficiently to keep the process going. A huge thank you especially to Georgia in Sales Progression for her patience and professionalism when I kept pestering her with calls and emails to ask what was happening! You have been brilliant! We are delighted with how they found our buyer and handled the whole sales process We would highly recommend Holden Copely as the local estate agent of choice. Well done, and thank you!

GoogleCan 100% recommend Holden Copley. They have put everything into both our sale and purchase for us. Following the use of two previous estate agents with no sale, no viewings, viewings that didn’t show up, a buyer that pulled out on us and a blatant lack of and mis-communication etc etc ...Holden Copley have firstly sold our house within 4 days and have quite honestly worked above and beyond to give us the support we have needed throughout the process. They are professional, approachable and contactable. I don’t think they understand how good they have been for us. Georgina has literally been at our beck and call via phone or email and has been amazing but literally everyone we have dealt with has been fab. Thank you so much. Hopefully we never move house again (stressful is an understatement haha) but if we do, we won’t hesitate to use Holden Copley! I’ve already recommended them to my friends who have used them and sold their property too. Thank you so much. Roll on completion!!! xxx

GoogleHaving bought and sold a number of houses over many years, I can honestly say that Holden Copley in Arnold is the best Estate Agent I have ever used. I would highly recommend them. They recently provided me with an excellent service both in the sale and purchase of properties. In terms of the sale, they put together a fantastic brochure and posted a first rate virtual video tour on their website, which generated a lot of potential buyers. The valuation of the property was spot-on and, throughout the process, the sales team were very proactive and kept me informed of all viewing appointments and provided valuable feedback on each one. The sales team were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The purchase side of my transaction was processed equally well with all the staff offering a fantastic service from start to finish. They were polite, knowledgable, and always answered any questions very promptly. Emma was the lead contact and ensured that everything progressed to my satisfaction, keeping me informed, liaising with purchasers and sellers and chasing conveyancers as necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending Holden Copley whether selling or buying property.

GoogleI had a really incredible run with this agent and my wife and I completed the purchase of our first home in a record time of 6 weeks. The staff I was involved with was very professional and I felt like they really cared about their work. Forget David James or Thomas James or any other "James" agency whose staff was either rude or incompetent. Myself, I had a bad experience with them anyway. I strongly recommend HoldenCopley and if I ever need to buy/sell in the future I will definitely be with back them again.

GoogleWe were so pleased with the service Holden Copley gave us in buying our home and getting our Mortgage sorted - Hence the review. All the staff have been great. Particular shout out to Georgina and Dawn, who were immense. Can't thank them enough for their kind advice, support along the way and amazing organisation and reliability. Georgina - Not only was she so easy to do business with, she showed steely determination and tenacity, clearly with our best interests at heart, to get the deal over the line and us in our first house. She was top! Would highly recommend Holden Copley's services to anybody that asks. Dawn - She's just an amazing lady, so knowledgeable, able to explain things in simple terms so that we could make the right choices and kept us bang up-to-date with the mortgage offer. I feel like I was in safe hands and she's sorted out some issues for us and made it seem so easy! Will definitely go and see her again when it's time to look at rates etc. again. Overall - top class all round!
