I would reccomend holden copley in Arnold with out a doubt, from the very beginning they were proffesional not pushy and highly competitive. Awful service unprofessional staff after contacting them Wed 6th to arrange to view a property on Seaton Way Mapperly I was told Friday 7th after 3 then Sat and then Sunday I was sent an email by Ellie and had previously been informed that the vendor was in a chain so not ready to move quickly. I was then informed that the vendor had actually bought a 4 bed house off themselves with cash and that actually she had accepted an offer on Wednesday on her Seaton Way Mapperly property that I had arranged to view. So why waste my time by not informing me an offer had been accepted on Wed 6th ? And why continue to view a property thats accepted an offer. I intend to complain and make enquiries regards all sales that have been made with regards to this property and the one she has bought for cash !

Very disappointed as they priced my house too high in order to get my business and then crashed the price on the web sites two weeks later. Promised glossy brochure which they never printed. Office staff not open to receiving feedback and took several phone calls to act on instructions. Some poor vetting of potential buyers.

i found the whole experience of my sale with copley to be quite poor in many areas from over pricing by a large margin and then keep reducing tactics until it as sold" but hey at least this makes sure that they get the job." i had error after error from start to finish in many areas to many to list in the ended up taking an offer well below their valuation as i am sure is the case with many of you out there using this company.. will not be using these again in further developments moving forward..

Initial visit from first agent was great. I found him very professional and knowledgeable. Great photographer and the photos were great... then my experience changed. Had a different estate agent for every viewing, one was even late, arrived after I had showed the prospective buyers around. They don’t have mobile phones, so you have to go through a switch board to get hold of someone. Most calls get redirected to the Hucknal branch. After voicing my frustration, they tried to rectify the situation and apologised. Who doesn’t have mobile phones in business today? Surely it’s a tool of the trade? Whole process has been very tedious and we don’t feel that we built a relationship with anybody. However, the house is now sold and they also managed to sell our buyers home.....so good commission all round I suppose.

Sold and brought a house through Holden Copley, they sold our house very quickly, with pictures that were a very good standard with a 3D virtual tour. When wanting to view a property, they got us an early viewing which resulted in us getting the sale of our current home. Georgina emailed us throughally each week with an update and never failed to answer our emails or phone calls when needed. There were some miss communication when it came to getting surveys done for our sale which delayed the process, however she would chase both ourself and the buyer daily try and keep the sale moving forward, including emailing both solicitors for updates.
